Iv been bodybuilding for 15 yrs , on and Off. Since 2000, Iv became a Personal Trainer through ISSA, and Certified In Nutritional Science through Hartcort College. Also since 2000, Iv been researching supplements, Herbs, Natural Nutrition and how they act on the brain. I also study pharmaceuticals, Drugs and effects of each compared to supplements, and even using both. Iv used Steroids 2x in my life, which i dont even say im a roid user, just like someone smoking pot 2 x , doesnt mean there a drug user. Im 30 yrs old, natural. Probably one of the biggest natural person which gives me a sence of pleasure. I dont compare myself to people who take Roids, but I have nothing against them. You cannot compare a natural personal to a persona on jiuce.
Iv been in martial arts, Judo, Kickboxing and boxing . Iv taken each for at least 2 yrs, total combining, about 8 yrs, now i mainly work out on my own, which is benificial. I incorperate all i know, besides judo, which you need anothe person, but i call it Kickfighting. Its very good cardio, Confidence builder, I also imagine there is another opponent im fighting, and it really helps the mind. Im 5'11 230 lbs and about 12 percent BF. I was 275 last year, at my peak, Taking my secret combo, well i ll share it, and some of my lifts were great, My least strongest lift, the deadlift, which i dont think ill be doing for awhile, was 405@3 . Bench press iv done 405 for 5 reps, pressed 275 for 5 and leg pressed 1000 for 20 reps. Curl 185 10 and most squatted was 500x10 back in the day on the sauce.
Im on a 2 month layoff, due to a illness and a back injury. I could start back up now, but i have like 5 more days to go to make it 2 months. I believe I never took a long break like so, besides 3 weeks, so after 15 yrs of working out, My body, esp back ,neeeds a layoff. SOme say 3 months, well ill make it 2. I do feel ike crap, even after 3 days, but lucky for muscl ememory, 2month lay off, id say 2 weeks ill be back full.
My routine is 5x week, 45 minutes a day, then another 30 minutes to 45min of punching or kicknig, 4x week. 1 day is just 20 min of lethal striking. I was tought this by an instructor who was in the green berets, and also is a 6th degree back belt. When i say someone like him, 5'4, 160lbs, nicest guy, would put me down in 5 seconds, i mean it. Now my judo insturctor, was more ground potentail, would choke me out in 10 seconds. but it seemed with both, certain times i would actually have them controlled. Some say size and strength dont matter, well it does. Esp with knowldge. For example, 2 yrs ago, i moved to florida, and went to this gym where they spar and grapple. Well at the time , i was about 210, lean, and still they though i was huge. Well,, i told them i took a littl bit of self defence. So i was paired up with a dude liek k6-4 250, and a little secret, always someone taller get in on em. Round one, i let him think i was easy, He hit me, 10 times, full gear, etc.. 3round max. 2nd round, i really let him go at me, the ref was like come on use your size, . OK. HEre the kicker, round three, i come in under him, and two upper cuts, (Note, for last 4 yrs, every time i work out, i do 200 uppercuts, with wiights, resistance , just because i love it), but like i said, bang, knock out.
The insructor said he never seen a fight ike that. LOL but i tend not to do shit like that anymore. I bounced for 10 yrs, and took my share of punches, bottles, etc , now i dont even go ou, just research and try to help others .
