started to cap em with the cap-m-quick today. i dont have a scal since i had to take about 3-4 teaspoon/day (8-11g/day) to have results (lower acne) i dont want to overdose too mutch.

Yuck! That stuff is nasty! lol I don't have my caps with me so I don't remember exactly but I believe it was around 650mg. If I remember, I'll look when I get home. I take about 8 caps to fight with acne. I'm starting to get some again so I need to start taking them again. |

| I checked and I've got 616mg without a tamper (not that it would help). And that's not subtracting the tiny bit you loose from putting the capsule tops on so, about 600mg. |

well i used a temper ! when i empty a 00cap of B5 i get less than 1/2 tsp but more than a 1/4tsp so i guess u can stuff 1/4 tsp< 00caps<= 1/2 tsp does any one know what is the volume exact in tsp a 00cap can hold ? (ie 45/100 tsp so u know how the dosage based on bulk 1/4 tsp label) |
