i started lifting prety hard those late days. i only leave the gym when i cant move my muscles . yesterday i sleeped before cocking me a diner i was so tired that i fall on the bed.10hours of sleeping then i wooke up hangry and a bit tired.

i am taking a lot of carb(pre&post-workout) and bodyoctane (preworkout)

i dont want to use cafeine or gren tea to wake me up for cocking diner

the 2nd days i didnt lift but i sleeped about 9hours .

that is too mutch of sleep man i also hade to study .

1) If you workout that hard, you are really wearing your body out. You may be overtraining. But in case not, here's some options

a) Cook dinner before you workout, then it'll be ready to just heat up when you get home.
cool.gif Try toning down the workout a bit or cut it shorter.
c) If nothing else, at least force yourself to get a good protein blend before bed. This will help with the waking up tired. Also helps me to not be as hungry when I wake up. Course I like to eat so waking up hungry is not a problem for me biggrin.gif
d) BE SURE to get protein PRE/POST workout. If not, you will fatigue quite a bit.


2) I would try those first. In the case you do have a sleeping problem, I know there's some supps to help with this but I don't know any off hand. One that might help is 5-HTP. It will help you relax and sleep better.

you can try glutimane. that adds in recovery and some say muscle buiilding but def recovery. i used it in tthe past and it help me greatly i was taking 20 grams
