1) If you workout that hard, you are really wearing your body out. You may be overtraining. But in case not, here's some options
a) Cook dinner before you workout, then it'll be ready to just heat up when you get home.

Try toning down the workout a bit or cut it shorter.
c) If nothing else, at least force yourself to get a good
protein blend before bed. This will help with the waking up tired. Also helps me to not be as hungry when I wake up. Course I like to eat so waking up hungry is not a problem for me

d) BE SURE to get
protein PRE/POST workout. If not, you will fatigue quite a bit.
2) I would try those first. In the case you do have a sleeping problem, I know there's some supps to help with this but I don't know any off hand. One that might help is
5-HTP. It will help you relax and sleep better.
