well ive been using Creatine on and off for half a year now but many people have diffrent opinion on how to use it, im now taking S1+ for 5 days now and want to use Creatine-Mono. the right way with it.

MY cycle
S1+ - 5x2
Creatine Mono - 1 tspn a day

Many people say 1 tspn before and after workouts but the container states only 1 tspn a day.

well i use swole which is creatine, and i take it twice a day 8 hrs apart, once in the morning and one at night which happens to land on the time i get home from the gym.

i just came off a cycle of s1+ and decided to take my creatine after , so i keep some of the water retention, if that makes sence

Creatine should be taken multiple times daily.

I know taking it multiple times a day for a 5 day laoding phase is ok but wouldnt taking it multiple times daily everyday be really bad health wise.??

this is what i do i take 2 serving on working out days and 1 serving non working days

Creatine is completely safe. Dosing multiple times daily helps keep blood levels elevated. This isn't absolutely necessary but helps to keep your muscles saturated at all times. Creatine is a good enough supplement that it is worth it IMO.
