It's definitely good stuff. Stack it with alcar, ala, creatine and vinpocetine, lot of energy. Don't overdo it, or it will affect your sleep.

i will start with 1/4 tsp 325mg a day + alcar+aniracetam+alpha-GPG

i felt nothing ! i took 1tsp befor sleep wuth milk and hony and didnt affect my sleep!

i take arginine, alcar, and ala for nootropic properties. will this substance substantially work synergistically with this combo??

It should. I think 100mg is a good starting dose but 200-300mg is optimal. I also take it with ALCAR and r-ala and some adaptogens like rhodiola, bacopa, etc. It also works very well in a skin cram especially to prevent sunburn or so I hear. Don't use too much or it will look like a fake tan though. But it does make skin more elastic and evens out your complexion, or at least it did mine.

Idebenone along with Piracetam & optionally with Oxiracetam or Chocamine is a terrific combination for me. I has turned me from a lazy whining employee into a high spirited executive. I feel retarded without it.
