You are correct there is citrulline malate which definitely is expensive. I actually dont even know why I posted such a negative comment without trying the product. Pretty retarded on my part. I might actually give this product a try just because you didn't go crazy after reading my naive post. Plus it seems like you have some users on your side.

About the whey and sqauts though... just man up guy, stomach cramps are the least of your worries when squatting heavy.

Sir,

Your opinion is respected and I am confident that you will benefit from using Xtend. I have been training and dieting for a bodybuilding show on March 19 and I can say with 100% confidence that Xtend is definitely helping me maintain and even gain lean mass and is also greatly helping my recovery from 2x per day weight training. It is the only variable I have changed in my diet.

When squatting heavy, my main concern is a prolapse. laugh.gif

I wasn't sure what prolapse was so I looked it up here http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic3533.htm I've heard of something like that happening to people when squatting. Sounds terrible ohmy.gif I agree with dsade though, I don't want a lot on my stomach when squatting. Why add the possibility of stomach cramping when I need all my focus getting the weight up. I think the product sounds great. If you do any samples, let us know. Loved the Neurostim samples. I've recommended it to a couple people just from my experience with the samples.

Hey dsade, good talking to you yesterday. I appreciate your help.

Thanks

Judge yourself with the same eye you judge others. You'll either find you're not as great as you think or others really aren't that bad.

Sir,

I appreciate your support and I love the Squidword avatar! Spongebob is a Saturday morning ritual for my wife and I post workout.

The prolapse thing was a joke, but there is a reason I quit competitive powerlifting...I'll just leave it at that. ohmy.gif

As always, please contact me if you need anything at all.

Thanks!

Xtend sounds interesting, I'll definitly try it. I have faith in Marc's products,I've been quite happy with all the ones I've tied.

Both ICE and Neurstim are part of my daily supplement intake now. Neurostim is just flippin amazing, I use it before work, as well as before workouts biggrin.gif

Many (myself included) have seen tremendous benefits using the 2:1:1 BCAA ratio and citrulline malate. There are other helpful components in Xtend as well.

Can you go over the other helpful components part? I thought it was just 2:1:1 ratio of BCAA's and citrulline malate.
