You missed the joke. Orignally it said it was $0. Hence he wanted it for free. But now it is $55. Which is obscene and a half. All of those "advanced" compents are just amino acids. Get a high grade protein supp and you will get over 14 grams of BCAA in a serving and it is only $8 a pound. The vitamin B6 and ther stuff isnt going to cost you that much either. Word to the wise: Spend your $55 on a multivitamin ($15 on the high end) and 5 lbs of protein (read the labels and get some high in BCAA if you are worried about that. You can buy direct if you take the time to look). It is not like your body sees this "precise" blend and then somehow makes more than muscle.

I respect your opinion. Many (myself included) have seen tremendous benefits using the 2:1:1 BCAA ratio and citrulline malate. There are other helpful components in Xtend as well.

Yeah, nothing like tossing back a big old Whey shake then going to do squats. I'll stick to drinking BCAAs, especially with the added stuff in Xtend. Marc, thanks for the advanced bottle - it's really a great product.

I sincerely appreciate your support. JRod from MAN and I have some cool things in the works, and his new creatine product that will launch soon should be top-notch as well. If you ever need anything from this end, let me know. Thanks! Marc Lobliner

XTEND is really an ideal "during" exercise product. The combination of glutamine, and BCAA's alone help to preserve glycogen and further support performance and excessive damage to the body. It is light and easy to use as well, and the additional Citrulline Malate supply both malic acid and citrulline top it off nicely. I deally a BodyOctane pregame, XTEND during and Relentless Post "with some R-ALA" takes care of fueling peformance, extending performance and supporting recovery from performance. What more could you ask for?

Those of you who have used ice, and xtend, how do the grape flavors compare. I am almost out of ice, and need a new tub, but if xtend tastes as good as ice, a change may be in store.

I prefer the taste of Xtend to Ice.

dsade, When are you going to update the product information for Xpand? Apparently it now has a few more chemicals added in, including CEE.

You are correct there is citrulline malate which definitely is expensive. I actually dont even know why I posted such a negative comment without trying the product. Pretty retarded on my part. I might actually give this product a try just because you didn't go crazy after reading my naive post. Plus it seems like you have some users on your side. About the whey and sqauts though... just man up guy, stomach cramps are the least of your worries when squatting heavy.
