Just wanted toget some advice from some of the guys on the board. Contemplating adding a little help to my cycle. I am 31, 225lbs been cutting for 7 weeks using a altered ketogenic diet where I junk out for 36 hours every 14 days. I am about 13-14% bf right now whick is pretty normal for me, I strugglle to get below 12%. In the past I have used transdermal 1 test and 4 ad, but those days are over. For various reasons I have to stick to orals these days. I have been contemplating an 8 week 1,4 andro cycle at 600 mgs a day , with 2 bottles of 6 oxo at 600 mgs a day for pct. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the 1,4. I have heard good things about it, but am leery of an oral cycle, and from what I can gather to have really good results from the 1,4 a longer cycle would be best. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this horemone and good offer advice. Thanks in advance.

I would cut the cycle in half to 4 weeks, and double the dosage to 1200mgs. Then 6-OXO.

I would definitely do more than 600 mgs of the 1,4 if I were you. I did 2 and a half weeks at 600 of what was supposed to be a 4 week cycle but had to stop early as I broke out in a rash on my arms and legs. Needless to say I didn't see any positive effects in the 2 and a half weeks.

prolangtum, why would you go with a shorter cycle at a higher dose? Just curious because from what I have read 1,4 takes a while to kick in, seems that it would be better to extend the cycle somewhat to give it adequate time to kick in.

12.5: Do any prohormones require frontloading?

No, all prohormones, even 1,4-andro, have short half-lives. (Boldenone undecylenate has a long half-life, but 1,4-andro does not convert to this compound, it just converts to boldenone).

IOW, it does not take any longer to kick in than any other prohormone. I would definitely up the dose.
