| I'm quite confused. I am 6', 210 with 11 % bf. However most of my bodyfat is situated around my love handles and lower abs. Last summer i got down to about 8 % bf and this fat was still noticable. I want to get rid of that fat for good this summer, but unsure of which topical fat loss to use. I'm leaning towards ab- solved, but then lipoderm ultra and y seem to do the same. Any help would be appreciated.... |

Tell me more about what kind of fat you have? At 8%, I would definitely imagine you are having problems with stubborn, subcutaneous fat - which is jiggly and on top of your muscles, as opposed to VAT, which is located underneath the muscle and causes your abdomen to distend. Assuming the first, Lipoderm Ultra would be my recommendation. |

| Well right now i am 11%. In the right light, you can see my abs coming through. I used to be about 245lbs, just all fat....then i lost a lot, and added muscle. i have decent amount of fat around my love handles, lower abs, and lower back at the sides. My waist is around 34-35 right now, but i just have a bigger frame.. even at 2 % bf i'd probably still have a 30 " waist. i dont know what else to tell you, except when i was at 8% i was cut up everywhere, except those locations, still a thing layer of fat on them. thanks |
