Tight
I am a 21 year old female. I train 5 days a week, 45+ minutes of cardio each day, plus about 45 to and hour of weight training 3 to 4 times a week as well. I want to get a little extra definition and fat loss, about 15 to 20 pounds. My question is: Is Tight! a product that will do this for me? I currently take a multivitamin/meal replacement, and hydroxycut daily and I am interested in switching to a higher quality, more effective supplement that will strictly tone, not bulk. What will tight do for me?

Pretty much any fat loss product can be used for both men and women, though I think women should start off with lower doses than normal.

I've used Hydroxy before and man did that stuff suck. I can see why you want to change...lol

I'm using Lipo-6 and have been really happy with it, along with a lot of others on here (not saying Tight is bad though - just haven't used it myself). Even running a basic EC stack would be effective, and much better and cheaper than the Hydroxy.

Also, I would drop the long cardio sessions. I'd opt for doing HIIT over endurance cardio. It's better for fat loss and you get get better results in half the time of long cardio sessions.

so, what would you suggest for me to switch to instead of the hydroxy that would show great results in conjunction with higher resistance cardio in less time than before? One of my friends told me about thermo gain... but im not so sure about what this product does. I'm looking for something that is TOO intense, but will give results.

This is my current stack:

Lipo-6 Liqui Caps (2 caps)
Vasopro (25mg Ephedrine HCL)
Super EPA Fish Oil (2 caps = 720 EPA / 480 DHA)
Green Tea Extract (1 cap = 400mg; 40% catechins)

I take this 3 times a day. The stimulant effects are very strong at first, but wear off over a few days (for me at least).

The Lipo-6 has become a popular one to use on the board and with good results. With a proper diet and training I have lost about 25lbs since mid summer.

From my experience, there are many products on the market that have good ingredients in the product, but are simply underdosed. I am of the school of thinking that says build your own with the knowledge you aquire. However, the stack that Skate is on would be an excellent choice, throw in some Sesathin for good measure. Keep in mind these thermos are to supplement an already existing diet plan.
