Pretty much any fat loss product can be used for both men and women, though I think women should start off with lower doses than normal.

man did that stuff suck. I can see why you want to change...lol
I'm using
Lipo-6 and have been really happy with it, along with a lot of others on here (not saying
Tight is bad though - just haven't used it myself). Even running a basic EC stack would be effective, and much better and cheaper than the Hydroxy.
Also, I would drop the long cardio sessions. I'd opt for doing HIIT over
endurance cardio. It's better for fat loss and you get get better results in half the time of long cardio sessions.
