Just completed most of the first workout (I train 2x daily) and my arms and chest area are HOT!! It feels like when you sweat with a bengay oitment on ya. Kinda a burning sensation. Nothing painful tho. At most it's similar to a sunburn. - Fletch "Tastes like burning....don't eat that Ralph!" |

| Are you carbing up on upper days? |

I refeed once a week on an upper body day. I haven't reached the bodyfat level low enough to refeed every 3-4 days ......yet - Fletch "Damn bb.com deleted my thread!!! I'm gonna create another one if this shit really shows results!" |

| I took updated pics and measurements today. Even the wife was impressed with the improvement after just 1 week. Here are the measurements. You can view the pics (not much for visible changes) from the link to the journal in the first post. - Fletch "no wonder I can't pinch my forearms" |

They also censor the word Dermabolics, even though it's not a competing retailer per se... they are pretty paranoid |

| Looking at this arm program, it seems generally high volume for more then just arms. Either way, im going to give this program a run sometime. What is your diet like? |

My diet is 3,000 cals as I am cutting for a contest in late June. Every meal I eat and it's macronutrient breakdown is on the link at the top of the page. Due to the keywords, you'll have to copy-paste the URL into your browser. - Fletch |

| That page is awsome. I tryed getting to it cutting a pasting earlyier and had a problem. Your keeping your carbs pretty high, unless those are your high cal days. |

Thanks! Excel has a pretty cool web export feature. I'm still 18 weeks out from competition so I'm just below my caloric maintenance. (approx. 3500) I'm also a larger competitor with a faster metabolism then the usual diet. I'm 6'2" and have been as high as 231 lbs. Putting on weight is more of a challenge for me than losing it. (due to appetite) - Fletch |

| Today is Day 15 I have gained 1/4" on each arm and 1/2" on each forearm. 2" on the chest and 1/2" on waist. Bodyfat has dropped 0.4% and overall bodyweight has increased 2 lbs while slightly below my caloric maint. I haven't experienced any of the irritation that has been described from other members with the Sytenhance. I have had some dry skin at times, however that was expected. - Fletch |

| Here is a screen shot of the final week of training for the Sytenhance Trial. I will take the final measurements/pics tomorrow morning so that I can remain consistent with all the other readings. Also, I will post in the "Feedback" section on Monday morning regarding the overall experience and results. (graphs included) - Fletch |

| Here's the overall results...... First let's get on with the show! Product Review Smells like a Citrus (Orange?) sun tan lotion and doesn't leave you smelling like a medicine cabinet like some topicals. Substance comes out of the bottle pretty runny. I had assumed it to be of similar texture to Prep-H gel or a lotion but was surprised as it was mostly liquid. This was my first experience with topicals and have found that other products are also of similar texture to Sytenhance. Each bottle of Sytenhance had an average of 68 pumps. Dosage was 5 pumps per day for 30 days and 4 pumps for the next 15 days Sytenhance was applied twice daily at 1 pump each arm. Also applied at 1 pump per chest per day = 5 total pumps daily Last 15 days, Sytenhance was applied twice daily at 1 pump each arm. Sytenhance did not cause irritation or acne on application sites. Dry skin developed at times, however body lotion did it's job. Postworkout burn was similar to a muscle ointment product like Ben Gay. No systematic side effects developed from using the product. Other dietary supplements taken in conjunction with Sytenhance Multivitamin Fish Oil Whey Isolate Xtreme Formulations ICE Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide Dextrose Kreataine-Ultra GO Diet This is what makes this product as special as it is. I made my gains while in a caloric deficit of 500-600 calories!!!
