| dave i tried the sweet potatoes ala dave and they were incredible. also i am going to try the salmon that you described in another post. i think you should deffinately set up a thread specifically for recipes. like you did with the clean bulk 101. that way teenagers like me dont have to beg their mom to "please make me some salmon". because if it isnt chicken and it isnt in a can i dont know how to cook it. |

| Yea but in a very good way. I admit, i have tried one of his recipes, and ill tell ya one thing, it wasnt that good . But every poster boy for any area of expertise such as cooking and fashion still has learning to do, myself included, but damn what am i poster boy of.. anyways. |

| Haha you guys are too much! Brian you have a wicked imagination,and the writing skills to back it up! Months ago before this forum really united Speakle,and I started a recipe thread but it did'nt take off as well as I figured it would have... Spirt I bet it was the cookies!! I have to admit they were kinda dry,but Speakle turned them into a pancake and they turned out much better!! We will have to start another thread and post some recipes, I have plenty that I have been tinkering with....Long before the nutrition(and fashion stuff  ) I wanted to be a chef, while growing up I used to hang out with my mom and make stuff while she would cook/bake so I guess that is where it all came from... |
