dave i tried the sweet potatoes ala dave and they were incredible. also i am going to try the salmon that you described in another post. i think you should deffinately set up a thread specifically for recipes. like you did with the clean bulk 101. that way teenagers like me dont have to beg their mom to "please make me some salmon". because if it isnt chicken and it isnt in a can i dont know how to cook it.

Dave also knows a lot about manicures and pedicures. He's very ecclectic when it comes to Health and taking care of the body.

Months ago before this forum really united Speakle,and I started a recipe thread but it did'nt take off as well as I figured it would have...

Spirt I bet it was the cookies!! I have to admit they were kinda dry,but Speakle turned them into a pancake and they turned out much better!!

We will have to start another thread and post some recipes, I have plenty that I have been tinkering with....Long before the nutrition(and fashion stuff ) I wanted to be a chef, while growing up I used to hang out with my mom and make stuff while she would cook/bake so I guess that is where it all came from...
