| It is 17a-Methyl-5a-3a, 17b-diol, or Methyl 5AA. Many users take it approximately 1 hour preworkout, between 20 and 40 mg. It purportedly increases focus in the gym, hardens muscle, and increases strength. It is not used to add mass, but rather might be employed in a cutting stack. As it converts to Methyl-DHT, look out for hairloss, acne, and enlargement of the prostate, as well as take the typical liver precautions for methylated substances.
