Can I ask... what is with all these starvation cycles and amped up doses up amphetamines to lose a some flub in your guts? Don't you people ever eat 6 sensible meals and just stay clean and happy around 3.5k cals and just incorporate cardio into ur sessions? Or do you just starve than slack off and repeat? Some of these posts with people's experiences are down-right retarded. Ex. Yeah man, I've been doing 100 mg ephedrine, 600 mg caffeine and 30 mg yohimbe per day with some 7-keto on a couple hundred calories and a low glycemic diet.... It's working well! Why don't you just go into a concentration camp for a few weeks? That's probably safer than this and you'll see amazing abs in no time with all the labor you'll do there! |
this thread was dead for 6 months and why did you decide to bring it back... seriously. if you dont want to do anything other than eat right to stay lean, fine. be my guest. i dont think anyone will fight with you on that. its your choice.
realize this though. for many people, 6 (or more) "sensible meals" per day is not enough to stay lean. by sensible i am assuming that you mean something like chicken and rice and veggies. bodybuilders (most people on here, though not competing, are bodybuilders to an extent) eat a certain way to maximize muscle growth and promote fat loss. we go through cycles of bulking and cutting. during the bulking stage it is inevitable that some amount of fat will be added and sometimes any cardio work will decrease the effectiveness of the muscle-building process. you call this "slacking off".... hahaha, it is HARDLY slacking off and i think you would realize that a little more if you actually read some more of the posts. i would hardly call a 200-500 calorie deficit a "starvation cycle".
how about you keep eating your 3.5k cal diet year round and keep going to cuts for men. and we will keep doing what we do and then we will see who gets stimulates more muscle growth and who's muscle you can actually see in the summer months for the beach.
