 I don't think M1T causes much water weight gain.

 Very specifically, assuming everyone is different and gains/losses are dependent on many factors.... What is a "rule of thumb" regarding how much of the gains attained during a prohormone (more specifically M1T & 4AD) cycle can be maintained (i.e. what % of the gains could you reasonably expect to keep)? Secondly, What is the consensus among the very experienced posting here (the moderators) on the absolute best PCT assuming that prescrips (i.e. Nolva) are not an option? What I'm seeing on non-prescrip PCT is generally 60X0, a liver detox ( milk thistle), Lecitin granules. Am I missing anything? Is there anything considered superior for maintaining gains (again non-prescrip)? Why not 4-hyroxyandrostendione? I've gone from 208 lbs. on Feb. 25 to 216 lbs on March 9 (15 days) using 30mg of Gaspari Nutrition M1T/day (10mg morning, 10mg pre-workout at noon, 10mg 10:30pm). Added SAN A100 4AD (500mg/day in 100mg doses spread out over the day) on March 5 (6 days as of today). I've seen gains before that outwardly appear to be mostly water (i.e. bloated face, etc.) but, honestly during these 15 days I've seen the love handles noticably shrinking, skin looks and feels fairly thin (relatively speaking), muscles are very tight, strength gains have been tremendous (again relative speaking for me). Does not appear, based on my impressions of others I've seen, to be mostly water. Time will tell, but I am certainly not looking or feeling bloated at this point. Side Effects: Sides are what you make of them. Nothing that a 37yr old beat to crap old clunker isn't used to anyway so I haven't noticed much of anything. 37 yrs old. 5' 9" or 5' 10". BF% unknown...normal? Other Supps incl. Glutamine (25g spread out), Creatine w/ AKG from IDS (4g pre-workout & 4g post-workout), Protien from all sources (food & supp) approx. 275g-300g/day (Optimum Whey and CytoGainer), Clean Carbs from all sources approx. 300g/day, fat intake ? (include 4TBSP of Flaxseed Oil and 1TBSP of Cod Liver Oil per day).

 I was on M1T for like 20 days increasing every week, I found i didnt gain no water weight, to tell the truth as i told everyone els about it, i lost fat, and gained 7 pounds of muscle, witch if u ask me is a great result. Also, ill be going back on once i finish my post cycle. But if you ask me if you do it right and work out right, m1t is unreal.

 Sorry I'm not trying to be negative. Just trying to be "real". I don't expect miracles from a bottle. I just think M1T has been way over-hyped. I have read of people getting similiar results with S1+ without the danger to the liver.

As far as pure muscle gains, most if not all, assuming proper PCT. The idea that gains go away after cycles is based on the fact that some steroids cause a lot of water gain that is lost after a cycle. This is not indicative of strength/muscle mass loss.

Assuming legal only, 6-OXO is definitely the best. Formestane converts to an androgen which could further shutdown.

 I just finished using M1T for 30 days straight at only 5mg/day. I'm 20yrs old, 5'11 171lbs before i started using it and finished at around 185lbs. Now i don't know about you guys but I think thats pretty damn good considering it's very hard for me to put on weight(my metabolism is very high). My bench went up probably 30-40lbs. I was also on NAC, flax seed oil, and took some vit. E during the cycle. Now im off using 6-oxo and still taking NAC, milk thistle, and flax oil. M1T is truely the best bang for your buck when it comes to mass and strength gains.[SIZE=1][COLOR=blue]

 Dude the stuff works wonders ( m1T) if you doubt it try it $10 is all you need. You can be neg if you want but you have never used why cry. My gains were huge and trust me creatine put water on you this feeling is not at all close. So dont jump on someones gains because you haven't tried it.

 FONT=Impact][SIZE=1][COLOR=orange]I am 23 and have been on M1T for 7 days and felt huge gains. Ihave taken so many different things in the past and I mean taken cycle after cycle with other supplements and this M1T is awesome. My muscle pump is much greater than anything before, chest, tris, biceps, legs, shoulders have got leaner and more mass, I am @ 15% b/f and 180 pds, 5'10'' I would suggest that everyone should give it a try but only if your serious about body building...I have a log book I use every workout and have proof about the strength gains and my wife keeps telling me I look much bigger... try it out

 I'd watch taking the alieve while on M1T. Anything that could possibly put extra strain on your liver should be avoided. I had some headache problems early in the cycle when I took M1T but they went away after a few days. Be sure you're taking stuff for your liver like milk thistle or NAC. Otherwise good luck with your gains.

  I wanted to post results of my 2 week cycle of M1T and 4ad. I've read through a lot of these posts to gain some knowledge about what I was doing, there is a LOT of info here as well as knowledgeable people, so the homework is very easy if you take some time. I started the 1st week at 5mg M1T and 300 mg 4ad transdermal 2x/d and second at 7.5 and 300 4ad 2x/d along with 125 mg of milk thistle 3x a day for both weeks. I have a very good doctor I can talk to and after the cycle I told him I would like blood work done. My results showed that my enzymes were almost twice my previous time and he scheduled more blood work a week later and I upped my milk thistle to 250 mg 3x a day. I just got my results today and he says they are close to my normal. I'm starting another cycle next week and the doc is already scheduling more blood tests throughout...wot a guy! Make no mistake about it, this stuff is strong. I see people writing about M1T and some serious loads they are taking and some reference to milk thistle and other liver cleansers BUT I see nothing about any blood work to see how the liver has been affected. I made great gains, had great pumps and sometimes a bad attitude.....as well as a distressed liver. I'm no kid, I'm 47 y/o been weight training more than half my life, 191# and about 10%bf .....and have a few "other" cycles under my belt.
