Inositol
Usually when I buy 1fast400 supps they list: 1/4 tsp = XXX grams. But the Inositol bottle has no such listing. Can anyone tell me how to measure this out?

Bump.... my scale doesn't get in till next week... right now I'm guestimating it at 1/4 tsp = 600mg.

finally got my scale... the inositol tested out at 610 mg per flat 1/4 tsp

what are the general effects of inositol?

is it an energy booster like taurine?
