Sorry to ask so many ??. I'm new to nootropics and even though I've spent countles hours reading about them, I'm still a little unsure on dosages and other things.
I have a ton of
creatine mono that I never use so I was planning on using it as filler. I find that it doesn't give me much benefit in the gym personally so I might as well use it up somehow. I know that it is supose to have some nootropic effects as well.
It seems like everybody responds a little different to them, but I want to make sure to get a decent starting dose of each. This is what I plan on taking and the dosages. Let me know what you think or what you would change.
Piracetam: 800mg 3xday (after attack dosage of 8000mg spread out through the day. Not sure how long to do the attack dosage. I was thinking about doing it for about 2 or 3 days)
Choline Bitartrate: 7-800mg 3xday (again, I'm unsure on the dosage of this. I've seen some use only 2-400mg doses)
Vinpocetine: 10mg 3xday (Can I use
creatine monohydrate as a filler with this? It came in a bottle that is 90% vitamine c and 10% vinpocetine so a 100mg serving is 10mg vinpocetine)
Alcar: 800mg 3xday
Rhodiola: (no idea. As of right now, I'm planning on just filling the 00 caps and using that as my dosage. Definately open to suggestions)
Chocamine: 800mg 3xday (This also depends on how much will fit into 00 caps. I'm guessing I can smash 800mg in there. If it's less, I might up it to 1000-1400mg 3xday)
Sulbutiamine: 200mg 3xday (I am also unsure about this one. I haven't found that much info on this powder. The benefits sound great though. Any experience with this would be very helpful. I was planning on using
creatine mono as filler for this also)
Taurine: 1000mg pre and post workout (I don't cap this. I just take a heping 1/2 teaspoon and throw it into a shake and figure that's good enough.
Caffeine/Tyrosine: 2-3xday (I already mixed some of this and it was a pain to cap. Each cap ended up with about 375mg tyrosine and 155mg
caffeine. Would 2 of these caps be too much
caffeine at 310mg. I've seen some fat burners with 300mg
caffeine)
A lot of ???. Sorry. If anybody actually takes the time to read through this and answer some of my ??, then you are one heck of a guy. I would really appreciate it. Thanks for the responses already.
