No, really I have been taking 10mg./day for two weeks a I am putting on muscle. I increased to 15 mg./day and will take 2mg M4OHN if I feel down or hungover. Kirk |

| I personally think letrozole would be better for what you're trying for two reasons. 1 being that as an aromatase inhibitor, it will prevent conversion of your natural test to estrogen, giving it another method of acting on hormone levels. And secondly, letrozole has been shown to increase IGF-1 levels, while nolvadex has been known to lower them. |

That's true, but letro is hard on the lipid profile and raises your LDL levels. Lot of people feel it's too strong and dry's them out too much. I feel aromasin is best, but unfortunately is costly as well. |

Also true, but this can be balanced somewhat by dosing it at 1.75mg EOD or less. |

I like those reason's. I'll probably keep taking tamoxifen and add 5000 iu HCG every 6 weeks for 3 cycles then add 1.25mg. letrozole E3rdD. Then I'll get to the point that I'll either try real steroids or rHgh if I can find a reasonable price. I might start taking methylphenidate again, since it increases GH. Kirk |

No. Nolva will actually hurt your gains. Tamoxifen will lower igf-1 levels by around 25%. Also the lack of water retention doesn't help much anabolically either. Only take it if you start to see signs. |
