Haven't started the cycle yet, but I've been reading that a lot of people experience mild to extreme lethargy. I'm wondering how effective Saw Palmetto is at combating this? I heard coffee was might work for combating lethargy also.

Why would saw palmetto have anything to do with lethargy?

It benefits the prostate, and some people say its good for treating lethargy. Higher Power puts it with their M1T Plus product.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has used this, and if so was it effective. I know some guys at the bb.com boards say it is.

Saw palmetto does not affect the central nervous system. The only thing it is good for is protecting the prostate.

Saw Palmetto Classic :

Saw Palmetto Classic is a comprehensive formula designed to support the prostate. Saw palmetto berries and pygeum contain a unique class of fatty acids that have the ability to inhibit the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone in the prostate. This compound utilizes standardized and concentrated amounts of saw palmetto and pygeum, along with pumpkin seed oil, a rich source of zinc that is necessary for prostate health. These are combined with other key botanicals, known to support a healthy genitourinary system.

I've used saw palmetto for prostate health for the past 6 years. It does not combat lethargy...or at least I have not noticed it.

Yep, prostaste and fight conversion of DHT in the hairline but won't help lethargy.
