| What is the appropriate range of dosage for this? The instructinos read "3 capsules 1 to 3 times a day". Is that 3 total, or 3 capsules 3 times a day for 9 total? And this stuff smells like old cat piss, by the way. Using the Listerene theory, if it smells this bad it must really work... |

| I would use 4 pills a day. I think the label recommendations are too high. |
