I am currently stacking Lipo-6, Ephedrine HCL, Green Tea Extract and L-Tyrosine.
I was wondering, for my size, 5'2.5'' and about 113 lbs.. About how much L-tyrosine should I take. I take my stack 2x a day. (each l-tyrosine pill is 500 mg... so right now i am taking 1000 mg per day) Is this too much or too little L-tyrosine??? Thanks for the help!

I believe that 1g is not a bad number.

But my question to you is why at 113lbs are you taking weight loss supplements? And also how young are you, just out of curiosity ( or are you a female)? Trying to get to a wrestling weight?

Well, the generally recommended dose of tyrosine is quite high (for your weight, it would be 5 g) but when you take it along with stimulants it seems to potentiate them quite a bit even in low doses. I would probably go with 2 g daily.

might want to look into some nootropics (piracetam, dmae, lecithin, et al) while you're at it. i haven't forgotten my age once since starting!

a note: i just added l-tyrosine, d,l-phenylalanine, and taurine to an existing regimen of whey protein, piracetam, dmae, lecithin, and acetyl-l-carnitine. my reaction has been very positive. should be interesting to add selegiline (10mg/week) to the mix..
