I got 200gr of Green tea extract. I've tried what Gary Batchelder said but still it's the hardest thing to eat/drink. It sticks to my mouth and water doesn't wash it down. I won't be able to order caping device for next 3 months, so any other suggestions how to take it without feeling it in your mouth?

da_sense,

My latest way to "enjoy" this powder is to put it in a small glass, (make sure it is glass), put the powder in, slowly run in some warm to hot water, mix it thoroughly with a spoon or fork, put in sugar or honey and put a bit in your mouth, slug it down, follow immediately with another glass of warm water.

Not only does it get the good stuff in ya, it makes ya feel like a tough guy. mad.gif biggrin.gif

That being said, I just got some capping supplies in and have turned woosie. ph34r.gif

That's the way I take it, but still I'm left with that ugly taste for 2-3 hours after. Anyway I have some 150 tyrosine capsules left so I'll put that tyrosine into my bulk tyrosine and put green tea into capsules by hand. Messy work but easier than feeling green tea in my mouth smile.gif

you gotta cap green tea and tribulus powders. i can drink anything else w/o capping including CEE, alcar, chocamine, l-tyrosine, Rhodiolo Rosea, etc when mixed with cocao powder and splenda or some other BSL flavoring.

I capped some of my extract and took them today. Didn't get that wonderful revulsion rush. huh.gif biggrin.gif

It does tempt a guy to take more, though, since it is so easy. I was doing 2 half-teaspoons a day. Two 00 caps are a bit more than a half-teaspoon, took 3 this morning.

I am loosing fat, but I am also on a very high-fiber diet, lots of water, and drinking green tea on top of it. Light exersize, too.

Guys you can toss in half a t spoon of this stuff into your whey protein in water. push the powder down into the drink, it will clump up, and the whey will make somewhat of a seal i guess around the powder You can then just down it and barely taste any of it.

I was kind of interested in green teas and extracts. Pretty good post. I read somewhere that someone makes a green tea extract that comes in a concentrated liquid form. Like a lotion bottle with a pump. You apparently pump a few drops into water, mix and drink.

I have no idea what it tastes like. You guys are scaring me though!

Think of over-eating the color green and then regurgitating the meal. The resultant taste mixed with your stomach's hydrochloric acid pretty well sums it up.

Time to suck it up and be a man!

1/2 teaspoon in a small glass with warm water with another warm water as a chaser. What a rush! I drink this crap every morning, very comforting, revulsion is a sure sign of continued existence. blink.gif

I plan on buyin some green tea extract and maybe using them w/caffeine every Once in a while so i dont grow a tolerance to either one. Any suggestions on doses for both combined I was thinking 400mg Caffeine and 400mg GTE
Sound good for a quick pick me up? I also plan on capping . Im not dumb enough to even attempt to taste some of the powders offered here. If i wanted to vomit Id chew on aluminum foil

Can anyone clue me in on the right dosage, assuming I'm using the very cost effective 1Fast Green Tea Powder?
