Gotta say I am liking POSTAL alot. Generally I am pretty whipped a few hours after training. I am recovering faster. Gotta email and ask them about this effect. I am sure its helping.

LG Sciences has numerous videos of athletes training and their supplementation. These are excellent visual resources for the new and veterans alike for proper training techniques and nutrient/supplement timing. I suggest everyone take a look at some vids!!!

The videos are not only good for beginners, but also give suggestions about the best time to use our products and what professionals recommend for the best results.
