| It was her own fault. She was dressed provocatively, drunk, and hanging around in an area known to be a gathering spot for gang members/wannabe's. Was it a tragedy? Yes. Should it have been stopped by the 20 or so onlookers? Yes. Should she have known better in the first place? Yes. |
