Shock Therapy- the grape flavor aint bad, but its not that good either. The effects are average for a pump type product, but it does give a little boost and helps with pumps a little.
Intra Aid-Blue rasberry is delicious, i seem to recover faster between sets with this and from contining use it seems to be a very good amino product. 2 thumbs up, plus this is actually affordable unlike extend.
Torrent-cherry berry blast taste like poison, i have a hard time getting it down, so thats a bummer. The mistake was going with fruity flavors, they usually dont turn out well. I like the results of this product so i continue to take it. I feel pretty much replenished about 45minutes after taking it, so that is a big plus. Im also still growing at a good rate. So other than the taste this product is a great addition for post workout nutrition. |
