Thinking of trying a cycle to get back

I am 32 and trying to get back in shape! Was wondering if anyone had advice on cycles and dosages. I haven't hit the juice since my early twenties. I am done having children now and would like to get back quickly..... what's your recommendation?

Are you at least engaged in a resistance training routine?

I wouldnt advise going from sedentary to "all juiced up" in the gym. You'll end up getting injured i'll guarantee you 100%

Yeah, get your training and diet 100% then start a simple cycle.

a cycle definitely is not the way to get back in shape. You wont havea good base to build off of, wont keep your gains, and probably get hurt. I am in the same boat. Spent all this year gettin back in shape, all natural, just a few supplements and clean diet. I am in better shape not than when I juiced regularly 7 years ago. definitely sucks caus eit is hard work and takes forever, but is the only right way to do it
