Started training Doggcrapp style about 2 weeks ago and LOVE it. Totally broke from traditional volume training and ALL of my lifts have gone up and broke through platues I was suffering in the standing shoulder press and paralel bar dip.
I was just curious to see if anyone has tried it and what your opinions may be.

ive used doggcrapp training before, and i really liked it.. Its not power lifting if i remeber correctly ex=say you do dumbell rows you pick a weight that you assume you can do 6 reps you smash out 6 reps take 15 deep breaths and do as many as you can then take 15 deep breaths and bang at as many as you can .. i used it for a'lot of exercises but didnt want to use it for squats i used drop sets instead... when i used dc i definately broke through alot of platues
