| Hi My order says sent a month ago. I had selected fedex international economy but was given deutsche post intern instead. I realize there is no tracking number - but I'd like to find out, how long should I wait for and how do I do about making a claim if necessary? Can you provide me with the DHL invoice numbers? Customer service has been unavailable both on phone and email |

| how did you go abou contacting them? i am from Australia and need to contact BN but i am finding it very difficult as they havnt written back to any of my emails and their phone is unavailable also. |

| crap!!!! Me too. Order supposedly shipped on November 16th Order #740726 (Shipped) via Deutsche Post International. For Animal Pak. I could understand if it were on the dodgy list at customs but 4 weeks surely somethings up! Disapointing. |

| I've been waiting for close to 2 months now for my order. I sent an email a month ago, and got a response from "Dennis" saying that he would put a trace on it, but I had no response after that.
