2-3 whole eggs a day is what is recommended. Most people just use egg whites.

Just have your doc check your cholesterol after a month or so of egg binging.

the newer research has shown that the amount of cholesterol in eggs is not a main cause of high cholesterol. It is mostly caused by bad fats i.e. saturated fat, trans fats which get converted to cholesterol. As far as raising your testosterone by eating lots of eggs I'm sure it could help, but most people tend to get plenty of the fats in their diet. If you want to do it this way I would probably try some zma instead. Only 20% of americans get enough magnesium. It is important in many enzymes, but one that I want to mention is aromotase. This will cause your body to have a better test to estrogen balance and have the optimal test level for your genetics. All that said I think lifting big weights and masterbating as much as possible (seriously lol) will help more.
