| Now that I'm in my forties, it's harder to recover from the shutdown. Before it used to be trivial, now I'm afraid I'm losing all my gains. Normally I'd do four weeks of a stack similar to Havoc & Propadrol. Would it help to reduce that to three weeks, or is shutdown not linear, and would occur much earlier? Besides doing "research" meds (I'm in the pharm industry, I can't play that game) is there anything else to try? |

| you can try Resvetal or what ever its called but honestly it wont allow you to fully recover. Im sure some others will tell you that OTC will bring you back just fine, but im sure you can look around to find the truth. |

| HCG and high doses of Nolva. whats better than that? Well, im sure natty products would work just as well. Yeah right. |

...after my last shot...I wait 7 days then start HCG therapy for 2 weeks...500 IU eod. Once thats done...I move onto clomid 100mg day 1 & 2, 50mg ed for 50-60 days, if there are any deals on ai's or if I have anything laying around I'll throw that in there as well... Its not mentioned too often, but diet plays a huge role in recovery, what I find works for me...I try to be alittle more strict on what type of fats I consume and make sure I get ample carbs to stay 'full' especially pre (to push through training sessions) and post (for recovery) Everyones a little different...what works for me might not work for the next man...pct isn't something thats etched in stone...you'll see a lot of different protocols out there...just have find one and customize it to suit IMHO. |

| I always heard HCG was to be used toward the end of a cycle, but before PCT. Never messed w/ it myslef, but just what I've read. |

yes josh...with longer acting esters you defn want to run it while exogenus hormones are still curculating in the bloodstream... From what I gather...the goal when using HCG is to time its use so that the last shot of it coincides with or comes relatively close to the same day that all exogenus hormones will be metabolized...which is about 4 weeks when using test or tren e. When it comes to PH's, orals, and short acting esters...most are out of your system within a day or 2...so yes you're right you'll want to add the HCG towards the final weeks of a cycle...not after the last shot/tab |

Interesting. I know ppl. use it w/ injectables, but does anyone bother w/ it for orals at all? Is it IM or sub-q? |
| Posted by: Jayv24 Sep 28 2009, 02:16 PM |
| Yes, you could use it for oral cycles if you notice atrophy...Especially some of these lengthy ones ive seen as of late. im or subq. either or. |

for the record...IM stings like a bitch, subQ isn't so bad... |

| Ive never had pain from IM hcg shots. ever. |

| Good to know. I've got some sub-q experience under my belt w/ the melanotan 2 now. It's not bad at all. I've been back on it for 4 days now and have been a walking hard on for a day or so. It's insane w/ that side effect. |

...some people do some people dont. I've tried replacing the solvent that ships with boxes of pregnyl and still no dice...shit stings every time whereas my friend who uses the same stuff doesn't feel a thing... *shrug* |

| I think its just the lower quality hcg and the ones with certain preservatives in them that have this problem. I have had some that does burn and some that doesn't so it has to be something in it. |
