Recommendation: As a dietary supplement, dissolve one tablet
under tongue or along cheek. Allow to dissolve completely then

-as of right now i am going to be using this product for of course its energy properties so i am going to start at 2 tabs a day and most likely bump up to 3 as i adjust to the product.

dosing will be as followed- 1 tab in the morning immediately after waking up
and 2nd tab about 30 minutes before working out.

Right now im only taking superpump250 for pre-workout sup, but will discontinue as i will be using E-911 in its place to give a more accurate review.

im hoping for great energy, focus, and hopefully some aid in fat loss process as i am cutting at the moment...

Stats as of today-

Age-21
height-5'11"
weight- 193
BF%-10 %

-MY weight goal will be 180lbs w/7-8% BF

cardio will be done 4-5 times a week, 20-30 minutes every morning and 15-20 min after working out.

Diet is clean- im following a Carb cycling type diet so mon-fri i have about 1g of carbs per bodypound( if that) so no more than 190 carbs a day. and then saturday/sunday is binging on carbs, so more around the 500g mark.

Day 1

9/21

woke up around 9am. popped 1 tab of E-911 and let it dissolve under tongue.

Taste- i found the taste of this actually very nice. A very distinct mint like flavoring and smell and i had no problem with it.

after letting the tab dissolve i turned on the treadmill and began my 25 min of cardio.

Feeling- i began to feel this about 10 min after it fully dissolved. pretty fast i thought. it hit me so fast i had that slight anxiety rushed feeling that comes w/many caffeine products, but went away within minutes.

as far as my cardio went, i had more energy and motivation then the past 2 weeks of doin my new routines. i wanted to keep going i felt so good but had to stop to get my day going.

its now 12:30 pm and im still feeling very "alive" and yea , lots of energy. im impressed this far.

Thoughts- im curious if the strength of this will depend on taking it on an empty stomach or with any sort of food in you before hand, like most things do. and if i will build a tolerance quickly, ill find out soon enough.

next tab will be later afternoon before workout sesh...

Sweet! I read some of the other fellas' reviews, and they said the taste wasn't all that great. So is it like a peppermint? Okay, I guess what I'm saying is would I want to pop one before a date with a lady? laugh.gif

I feel like it kicks in a lot better on an empty stomach despite being sublingual. Nice to see you cutting out the Superpump while you're doing this. I like to see solo reviews rather than a kitchen sink approach. Also glad someone else thinks these things taste pleasant.

yea i figure i might as well see as much as i can get out of it, hence droppin the superpump-besides i need a break from that stuff, been taking it for a while now. i always like to cycle out and cycle in supps...

Anyways, i popped my second tab around 4pm. i didnt feel like i needed another one, as the first one i took this morning felt like it was still in effect, but slightly wearing.

got to the gym about 4:30-proceeded to lift chest and Bi's, and followed by a mile run after lifting.

Taste- still the same as before, minty

energy- i didnt get as strong as a kick from it this time( i did have food 45 min before ) but i def felt a nice clean energy boost through my whole workout, no fatigue at all which usually happens here and there.

thoughts- it definitely works, empty stomach , like josh said, seems to be the best time to pop a tab. from what i felt earlier i think one tab lasts about 4-6 hours and after it wears off, i havent noticed any sort of "come down"

Next tab, tomorrow morning...

Actually I've tried it before morning "visits", so I can attest that it's good to go that way. It's not that it's a libido enhancer or anything, but it does provide energy, focus, improved mood, etc. These things can be helpful when you're around a woman as far as enhancing the experience. 'Nuff said.

day 2

9/22

had a really light sleep most of the night but then fell back asleep and woke up even more tired! i hate it when that happens. so around 10am i popped my first tab and let it slowly dissolve....

took a little longer to feel it this time, id say more around 15 min.
after gettin the kickstart i began my morning cardio for 30 min....

crawled off the treadmill soak in sweat, more than usual hmmm

but now after i am done i feel more awake and "full of energy" then normal, which is very nice because i felt like a zombie upon waking up today.

energy- still a nice boost at first after letting the tab dissolve, then clean energy throughout the next 4-6 hours, so i found. no jitters whatsoever which is a big plus as so many including myself dont enjoy that.

thoughts- so im positive empty stomach consumption is best for feeling the most out of it. and im now noticing that it is increasing the volume of sweat while doing intense exercise, which is a good thing as im loosing fat in this process.

today is my rest day so i wont be poppin a tab for energy for a workout but i will most likely have another later afternoon for a nice boost for the evening...

day 3

9/22

woke up around 930 am, popped a tab first thing, as i felt extra tired this morning. waited for about 10-15 min to let it kick it before starting morning cardio.

i was very pleased today how i went from sleepy to awake within minutes after consumption. i then began cardio for 25 min...

after soaked in more sweat than usual(again) i made up some breakfast and now here i am.

energy- feeling pretty good still and its about 1:15pm right now. have plenty of energy still. my brain still feels kinda sleepy but other than that good to go. im lovin how i get to jitters whatsoever from taking this. all clean energy.

i think im going to start taking a tab n 1/2... i need a little extra boost sometimes and from what i heard from others the 1/2 does the trick.

next tab will be later on around 4-5pm before workout sesh.

430pm i took 1 n 1/2 tabs. first time doing the extra 1/2, seeing if i notice an extra boost without it being too much.

got to the gym at 5 and felt pretty good through my whole workout, legs today...

still feeling energized after the workout, surprisingly because usually after leg days im straight drained

energy was same as usual, clean, no jitters...taking the extra 1/2 seemed to help but not as much as i was expecting. i might try taking 2 at once and see how that feels.

after this week ill know if im building a tolerance to it, and if so, i can just up the dose.

so far so good, pretty happy with this, im likin how easy it is just to pop one , let it dissolve, and then having good clean energy whenever.

weight today was 187lbs, thats about 6lbs lost since Saturday, lookin much leaner and much more definition all around.

time to eat...

day 4

9/24

so i didnt take a tab this morning as i wasnt able to do cardio due to sore legs from yesterdays leg workout. i usually stay sore as hell for 2-3 days with legs.

i decided to take 2 tabs before my workout today instead. around 4pm popped 2 tabs. got to the gym about 30 min later. did a quick jog to get blood moving and i tell ya , from there on out i was feeling good! those 2 tabs together hit the spot. i had mad clean energy.

today was back and tri's and im usually beat after doin heavy Tbars but i was fine throughout the whole sesh. really pleased with the effects of 2 tabs.

im thinkin i might take one in the morning before cardio , like always, and then 2 before my workouts. good thing is still no jitters or anything from taking the 2 together.
its now 630pm and i still feel fresh, i could workout again.

well time to eat, later

day 5

9/25

slept in till 11pm. holy shit. i was really tired last night, didnt sleep till about 1pm but damn. so upon waking i needed a tab. im not doin cardio as my legs are still sore as a mother* but i need somethin to wake me up.

its been 15 min since that tab and i already feel a lot better. more alert, awake, with the energy startin to build up.

i noticed though last night, around 11pm about 7 hours after when i took 2 tabs together, i all of a sudden just felt dead. not a come down feeling or anything but just like i had just got done lifting my ass off but without taking anything before hand.

i think thats when the tabs finally wore off. and then my workout, which i SFW, started to affect me. which is cool though cause i could time this right to where as it could help me sleep.

example- take 2 tabs around 4-5pm lift, then around 11-12pm have tabs wear off which allows you to feel your workload from the days activities, which makes you feel tired, which will allow you to sleep(without and sleep aids)

just something i noticed and i might play around with.

today is an off day for me so no lifting, but i will be takin a tab later to boost me for the late night, as it is friiiiiiday cool.gif

its about 630pm now and no signs of feeling tired whatsoever. i cant slightly start to feel the effects wearing off slowly but still no come down like way.

gonna eat some dinner here in a sec and then pop another tab to get the night started. prolly gonna go out tonight so im gonna need some good energy.

ill post tomorrow morning how it was, and im sure ill need one in the morning if ya feel me. rolleyes.gif

9/26

well ended up taking a tab last night around 8pm. i sure needed it. it was a lonnng night. went out to this bar around town .... end of story

woke up tired as hell. so i popped a tab bout noonish. i needed it, and i def feel a lot better now. wont be needin a nap anymore. i probably wouldnt have gotten half the stuff i got done today if i didnt have the energy, these tabs are coming in so handy.

im startin to feel a little tired now, after yard work and such so prolly pop another one here in the next hour.
