| I wanna give a big shout out to metalmuscle and everyone at LG sciences for giving me the opportunity to log this supplement. I am training like a powerlifter (i wont call myself a powerlifter until i weigh atleast 230 lbs and have participated in a meet) so im going to see how well this works for me. I popped the first tab this morning. My pops woke me up at 6 am to take him to work, which i wasnt expecting at all and it sucked...Anyways had a hard time going to back sleep but eventually did and woke up feelin like shit. So i popped one tab and it tasted like shit. It wasnt so much the taste but the gritty texture, it was kind of bad im not giong to lie. It shouldnt be a problem, but im not going to be lookin forward to taking this LOL. Anyways, its been over an hour since ive taken it and to be honest i dont feel a whole lot. I do feel a little more awake and focused but i dont know if i can attribute that to the E-911. Still though im going to train here in a bit so i will pop another tab or two. I got an essay to write so I hope it can help out. |

| Week 1 Day 1 ME Squat/Deadlift BB Squats 135 x 8 185 x 5 225 x 2 245 x 1 265 x 3 PR GHR's bw x 5 (full GHR) bw x 4 (full GHR) bw x 2 (full GHR) x 5 (concentric only) Hypers - 2 sec pause at top bw x 12 bw x 10 bw x 10 Standing Ab pulldowns +70 x 10 +80 x 10 x 2 So i took a tab in the morning and then again prior to training. I felt a nice clean energy and some focus. The main thing i like about it is you dont get a shortness of breath like I would with superpump 250 or no xplode. I also had some good endurance, i wasnt dying between sets like last week. Pretty good, but i still would prefer something like no xplode or superpump 250 because it just gives me the "drive". THe thing is though i dont get a hangover on E-911 or a shortness of breath. So they both have their pros and cons |

| So I had a 4 page essay to write today. I had nothing done, no brainstorming or anything. I went to the computer lab at school because theres too many kids at my house. So I went for a little over 2 hours and knocked out 3+ pages. Very productive. I was in a zone, I wasnt really getting distracted or thinking of anything else. Although i do have a bit of a headache which is a bit unpleasant but not too bad. I dont know if its from getting bad sleep but im hoping it doesnt persist. |

| The thing I like about the E-911 is that it doesn't give me that bloated/stomach-ache feeling that I sometimes get from pre-workout powders. Doing good Succio! Keep it up. I hear you on those papers. I've got several due this week, and I'm not in the writing "zone" haha |

I didnt feel like it was too much. I felt pretty good without the jitters. This might be the sweet spot intake for me. Pretty strong PR. my previous best was 360 x 2. Really surprised i got 375 x 2. I really need to get my calories up. Now im just hoping I dont build a tolerance too fast from this. |

| I also wanted to say that I have grown accustomed to the taste. The very first time I took it it was damn near unbearable. Now its not a problem at all. Although I do think it would be a better marketable idea to make some fruit flavored chewables. But anyone serious about training should be able to consume these altoid-like tabs anyway. Its really not that bad. |

I get distracted quite easily. I've heard good things about adderal that makes you really focus on homework. I have never taken it but it sounds awesome. How does this compare, because i do remember you talking about taking some. |

There's no comparison at all. Final times it's strictly adderall. But, many unwanted sides with adderall......loss of sleep, no appetite, when you come down you feel like shit. They both have their own place and time. |

I couldnt do a proper squat with the bar I was so tight. I'm pretty beat today from the previous two training sessions though. |

| Adderall didn't do anything for me. I've had better success with 200mg of Caffeine and a Ginkgo Biloba tablet. Ginkgo has always propelled me through papers and tests. |

I was sweating during DE which is unusual. I tried to do zercher squats but it was really hurting my arms/forearms. I dont know if im either a pussy or I was doing them wrong, but I think i was doing them wrong. Shitty day in the gym. |

| Didnt train on Tuesday, wasnt feeling well. Still kind of hurts but not as much as last time. Im a pussy LOL. Took a pill before training and felt pretty good. Havent really built up a tolerance. I notice e-911 works better on some days than others regardless of the dose. |

Took a pill at about 1 pm then another around 5 pm and felt pretty good. The scale at the gym said I weight about 184.5 lbs which I found hard to believe. I dont know if they calibrate this but i was 182 a week or so ago. |

I had my inzer belt on and I dont know if i had it on too tight or too high, but it hurts sometimes to breathe and there is pain on both sides of my torso. Pretty sure my rib is fine |

Could be damaged cartilage in the rib area. Happened to me last winter on heavy leg presses. I let the carriage come down too low and i could feel this pop. I swore i broke a rib, could barely get out of bed. Had to basically slide off the mattress on my back like a snake. Any pressure to the area was unbearable. High doses of Vitamin C can help repair cartilage as it speeds up collagen Production. It takes forever to heal because of the minimal bloodflow in connective tissue. Rest. |

| Week 9 Day 1 ME Squat/Deadlift Deadlift 135 x 6 225 x 6 275 x 1 315 x 1 365 x 1 405 x 1 435 x 1 PR Hanging Leg Raises bw x 8 bw x 7 bw x 7 bw x 7 bw x 6 So I just really felt like deadlifting today and planned on doing low box squats after. Well the deadlifts just took too much out of me. I originally wanted to get 450 but am glad I didnt because I wouldnt of got it. The 435 was a grinder. I ran out of dextrose last week so my recovery has been terrible, so i think I can hit 450 on a good day. |
