| Alright, so here goes my log for LG Science's E-911. First off I would like to thank LG Sciences and Colin for the opportunity to try this out. Before I start, I'll let everyone know that, other than caffeine pills every so often, I am not accustomed to taking stims. I also will not be taking any other stims besides E-911 during the log either. Stats: Age - 24 Height - 5'11" Weight - 180 BF% - App. 12% Supps - Creatine mono, Whey, Fish Oil Goals: I will be using E-911 for its energy and increased fat burning purposes. I will be cutting calories so my goal is for this to help me in shedding some fat. | 9/18 Got home from work around 6 PM and found the package from LG waiting for me. I had a meal and wasn't really needing the energy but I was curious so I opened up the box and decided to take a pill. When I opened the bottle I was hit with a strong minty scent, kinda like altoids. I placed one under my tongue and let it dissolve. At first it was like I had a really strong altoid in my mouth. After a minute it got pretty nasty tasting. About 8 min in I chewed the rest up and swallowed. This was around 6:30 PM. 6:45 I get to the gym and begin my workout. Back/bi's: Front Pulldowns: 120x12, 130x10, 150x8 T-Bar Rows: 80x12, 90x10, 100x8 Underhand Barbell Rows: 120x12, 135x8, 155x5 Barbell Curls: 75x12, 85x10, 100x7 Hammer Curls: 30x10, 35x10, 35x8 Pullups: 4 sets of 15 Abs and then 20 min of cardio I took this on a full stomach and wasn't really tired so probably not the best way to gauge its effectiveness. But I found that it did give me a nice clean energy boost and helped me focus in the gym. The energy didn't hit me within seconds like I had read but i felt an even amount of energy sustained over a long period of time. (App 4 hours). On the downside this shit tore my mouth up and tasted kinda nasty after a while. I took it under my tongue but will probably try my cheek next dose. Nothing too bad though, so no big deal there. Looking forward to trying it on an empty stomach. Going fishing tomorrow at the buttcrack of dawn so I'll give it a try then and report back. |

Hey bro, yeah I started it today as you can see in my last post. I liked it but want to try it under better conditions like when I actually need a kick in the ass to get to the gym. I'll be watching your log too. Peace |

| Good start to the log man. I hope the taste doesnt ruin it for you, and the great energy you get from it will offset that. I'll be following along every step of the way and may do a log myself. |

Colin, I'm sure it won't. I've tasted far worse supps. I'm about to take another tab and head out on an all day fishing trip. Only got 4 hours of sleep last night so we'll see how it goes. |

| 9/19 Today I woke up at 5 AM to go fishing. I was pretty tired after only 3 hours of sleep. Popped a tab on an empty stomach and drove to the shore to go out on a charter. I could feel a nice energy boost and had no problem driving. The charter set out at 7:30 and we didn't get back to shore until 3. Overall I had good energy the whole trip. I was awake and alert without feeling cracked out. Highlight of the trip was watching some d-bag Jersey trash wearing an armani leather jacket and brand new suede Tim's take a nice tidal wave to the face. His shit got f-ed up petty bad too. |

| 9/20 Woke up at around 9:30 after a good night's sleep. Lounged around for about an hour and then popped one tab while I was getting dressed. Had a family function to go to that day. These usually wear me out so I needed the energy. Like before I had a nice energy lift which lasted around 4 hours. Felt good the whole day and had no problem falling asleep that night. I'll also add that, for me at least, keeping the tab against my cheek is much better than under my tounge. Flavor didn't bother me as much and it didn't burn me either. |

| 9/21 Monday is here and I am back at work. Just popped a tab about half an hour ago at 8:30. I'm going to skip my morning cup of coffee and see if the E-911 can keep me from passing out. I'll be hitting the gym tonight after work. |

| 9/21 So today I had popped a tab in the morning as a substitute for coffee. Gotta say I didn't really feel much. I was pretty lathargic as is the case when I don't get my morning cup. All I had was a cup of oats for breakfast so I was counting on the E-911 to give me a boost. When I got home after work I took another tab on an empty stomach and then drank some XTend on the way to the gym. I didn't really eat much all day. Cup of oats in the morning, handful of almonds for a snack and then a chicken breast sandwich for lunch. Despite this I had a pretty good workout. Shoulders/Traps: BB Shrug: 225x12, 245x12, 275x10, 315x8 DB Press: 60x12, 65x12, 70x10, 70x8 BB Up-Right Row: 95x12, 105x10, 105x10, 125x8 Bent-Over Lateral: 30x12, 30x12, 35x12, 35x10 Abs I skipped cardio today but only because I was in a hurry. I had to rush through my workout to get home so I blew through this in about 30 min. Had high energy and wasn't wiped out even with little rest between sets. Effects are not as tangible as I expected but in the past I never really responded that much to stims. Going to up the dosage to 1.5 tabs. So far I've noticed that I've had better results when I use this pre-WO as opposed to in the AM before work. This is fine with me as I would normally only use this prior to lifting. |

| 9/22 Ok so this morning around 8:30 I took 1 and a half tabs. Results are better than yesterday so I think I just need to up the dosage. I drink coffee like it's my job so I'm probably just used to the caffeine in this. Was planning on hitting the gym tonight but I got free last minute hockey tix so I'll be going tomorrow instead. |

| 9/23 Not much sleep last night so was pretty rough getting up this morning. Popped a tab and a half on the way to work. Felt more alert and wasn't ready to pass out at my desk like I normally would on such little sleep. Gonna hit up the gym after work. |

| I know how you feel on drinking coffee like its your job. I get so sick of drinking coffee, and I actually used to like coffee. This is a good substitute; just find the right dosage according to your tolerance and youre set |

| Okay, sorry for the delay here. Had a busy weekend so didn't have time to log. 9/23 Okay so after work I headed straight to gym. Popped 1 & 1/2 tabs on an empty stomach and let it dissolve on the ride over, app. 15 min before workout. Chest/Tri's DB Press: 80x12, 90x12, 95x12, 100x10 Incline BB Press: 185x12, 205x12, 205x10, 225x8 Decline BB Press: 185x12, 185x12, 205x10, 205x9 Pec Deck: 160x12x4 Skull crushers: 80x12, 85x12, 90x12, 95x11 Weighted Dips: 4x15 Abs and 20 min cardio Sauna Really good workout, felt like I could just keep going. Energy was nice and smooth as usual. Doesn't make you feel like a complete animal but rather helps you focus and stay in the zone. I've noticed my workouts are more productive and I'm not wasting my time f-ing around. Very pleased so far. Might bump it up to 2 tabs next week just to see how that works. |

| 9/24 At 8:30 AM took 1 & 1/2 tabs. Good energy boost, was able to stay focused all day at work. Still enjoying this much more as a pre-workout supp, but that's probably just because I don't enjoy being at work in the first place. Off from the gym today. 9/25 Didn't take anythin in the AM. Got a good nights sleep and wasn't really lagging at all. Went to the gym around 7 PM, taking 1 & 1/2 tabs 15 min prior on an empty stomach. Legs: Squats: 225x12, 225x12, 245x12, 265x10 SLDL: 225x12, 225x12, 245x12, 265x10, 300x8 Leg Extension: 160x15, 170x15, 180x15 Seated Calf Raises: 135x12, 160x12, 160x10, 180x10 20 min Cardio Another good workout. Didn't need alot of rest between sets so I blew right through this one. I was suprised I was even able to do cardio afterwards. Usually on leg day I skip it but had no problem this time. I'm liking that the energy lasts for a few hours after my workout. I can go home and still have energy to get some stuff done. |

| 9/26 - 27 Didn't make it to the gym this weekend. Had a friend come in from out of town so I had to show him a good time. I took 2 tabs before heading out drinking on Sat. I was exhausted from the night before and this guy is a really heavy drinker so I knew it would be hard to keep up. I was pretty much retarded by midnight but I managed to keep from passing out till around 5. |

| 9/28 Another good workout today. Despite being exhausted all day I managed to force myself to go lift. Took 1 & 1/2 tabs 15 min before on an empty stomach. I could really notice the effects more so than before this time around. Usually when I'm exhasuted my body just goes on autopilot during lifting. I'm much less productive and I don't really concentrate on what I'm doing, just sorta going through the motions. This time I had alot of focus. I won't lie, nothing can beat a great night's sleep and a good meal, but for those situations when you can't get that, this stuff really comes n handy. Back/Bi's DB Row: 70x12, 80x12, 85x12, 90x12 Lat Pulldown: 120x12, 130x12, 145x10, 160x8 Deads: 185x15, 225x15, 225x15, 225x12 Pull-ups: 4x12 Standing BB Curl: 75x12, 85x12, 95x12, 105x10 Seated DB Curls: 30x12, 35x12, 40x10, 45x8 Abs & 20 minutes of cardio Getting used to the taste. They do take a while to disolve though. Is there any reason I can't just chew em up to get it over quicker? |

| 9/29 Early morning today and was really busy at work. Popped a tab around 7 AM. It really helped me adjust. I'm not a morning person so taking this upon waking has been a big help at work. Sometimes if I overdo it in the morning with coffee it can be counter productive. I'll end up really jittery and won't be able to focus. This stuff doesn't really do that to me, its much smoother. So far thats probably the one thing I like the most about the product. 9/30 First time taking 2 tabs at once today. Popped them in around 6:30 PM on the way to the gym. Double the nasty taste but nothing unbearable. Workout was very good. Felt great the entire time and after I still had very high energy. | 10/1 Well today was hell at work and I didn't get home until around 9:30 PM. Pretty tired and pissed off from work, but said fuck and went to the gym anyway. Popped a couple of tabs on the way over and had a great workout. Angry workouts are the best. | 10/3 Went out to the bars Sat night and used a tab to give me a little energy for the night. I have to say the convenience of this stuff is a pretty big plus. Popped a cap on the walk over to the bar, by the time I got there I was fellin pretty good. I like this much better than downing a jumbo sized red bull before going out for the night. 10/4 So Sunday morning I was lying around the apartment and was planning to just be a bum all day. But I saw that the Giants weren't playing till later so I thought I might as well get in a workout. Sill groggy from the night before so I popped 2 tabs and drove to the gym. By time I stepped in I was feeling really good, alot of energy for a Sunday morning. Love weekend mornings when the gym is empty. | Also, I think I might have solved the taste problem for anyone who is really bothered by it. Over the weekend I had some extra dark chocolate and I decided to suck on a chunk of it while I had the tab in my mouth. Pretty much cancelled out the crappy flavor. Figured a mint would work too so I popped an altoid with the next tab I took and yeah big improvement on the taste. Honestly, the taste doesn't even bother me anymore but if it did for someone, this might help. |

Yea I'm really liking it. To be honest I wasn't expecting a whole lot. It does put me in a good mood to lift but not as good as no xplode or superpump 250 does. I do tend to have better endurance and I dont get the jitters or shortness of breath. I continue to get stronger and I'm really liking the focus I'm getting from it. This is a top notch product. |

| Pretty creative w/ the dark choc to overcome the taste. I might worry about possibly interfering w/ the sublingual delivery that way, though. I've never looked into it, but it seems like that could maybe be an issue. |

Yeah, I didn't think of that, but you have a good point. Honestly, I only did it the one time as taste is no longer an issue with me. But if someone were to try that they might want to find out if it messes with the delivery first. |

You have a point Suc. Honestly though, I wouldn't compare E-911 to SuperPump or NoXplode. They are just a different types of product, so I think it just depends on what your looking for and what you prefer. Honestly, I like the smoother, sustained energy I get from this. Convenience is such a big plus with me too. I'm always in a rush so having 2 small tabs I can just stick in my pocket is great. Also, with this stuff I'm not scared of SuperDumping my pants mid-squat. |

Thanks Colin! Yeah, I've noticed that my BF% has gone down and I haven't lost any muscle. I've been consistent in getting to the gym, and for the most part my diet is clean. I feel like this product is helping me get to my goal. I've been cutting so I need the extra energy. I think where E-911 helps me most is at the end of my workouts when I do cardio. I f-ing dread running and it's always been something that I find myself cutting out of my routine. Lately, I've had more energy left over after my workouts so I've been able to do cardio more. Here is a pretty crappy pic I took. I had a digital camera but it got smashed and I don't have a large enough mirror in my apartment so this is all I could do. I'm going to borrow a camera once my log is done and take some decent pics though. |

| 10/6 Did it a little different today. I was tired at work around 3 PM so I popped 1 tab. About 3 hours later I took another before getting to the gym. Felt good through my whole workout. Went through it nice and quick and had no problem doing cardio. | 10/7 Decent's night sleep last night. Got into work and popped 1 tab at around 8:30 AM. Was alert and productive all throughout the day. Didn't need a cup of coffee in the afternoon either, which I usually do. I'm off from the gym today but will be doing Back/Bi's tomorrow. |

| 10/9 Going away for the weekend so I had to get up very early to pack. Tired as hell so I popped a tab 10 minutes ago and am sipping on a cup of coffee now. Planning on being in the mountains all weekend so I probably won't get in any workouts. I wanted to add that lately I've noticed that this product does a good job at staying off hunger. Since I've been cutting and also just too busy at work to get in extra meals, my only meal prior to the gym has been lunch around 12:30. My workouts have begun consistantly at 6 - 6:30 PM. So, close to 6 hours without eating and then working out pretty rigorously. I'm not feeling emaciated or am I struggling at all at the gym. Normally when I work out while running on empty I get that dizziness or lightheaded feeling. But I have not felt that once while taking this stuff. I can't really think of any other reason than the E-911. |

| Log is looking good.....i would think your weakness you felt recently has something to do with what you do over the weekend. I tend to feel weak at the start of the week if i had partied that weekend. |

| 10/15 Had another good workout today. Got the gym but forget to take my tabs on the way over. I find that taking them about 15 minutes before lifting is optimal, at least for me. Thought I would split both tabs and see if that helped speed the delivery. I think it did. By the time I was done with my second set or so I could feel the energy kick in. | 10/19 This week I got insanely busy at work and was using E-911 just about every morning. Best thing about using it in the morning for concentration purposes is that it doesn't make you jittery or edgy like coffee does. The mornings I do take a tab, I take just one and it wakes me up and allows me to be productive without being wired. Had to stay late at work but still managed to get in a late workout at around 9:30 PM. | 10/20 Had another 12 hour work day today. Popped one tab in the morning around 7 AM and another at 3 PM. Barely any time to eat but I was still feeling good and had plenty of energy thanks to the E-911. Off from the gym today. |

| 10/21 Popped one tab in the AM before work around 7. Had another long day and ended up getting home at around 8 PM. Took 2 tabs on an empty stomach and drove to the gym. Back/Bi's Lat Pulldwown - 180x12, 200x12, 200x10, 220x8 Upright Row - 85x12, 95x12, 100x10, 100x8 Reverse Grip Underhand Row - 135x12, 145x12, 155x10, 165x9 Pullups - 4x12 DB Iso Curls - 25x12, 30x12, 35x12, 45x9 Hammer Curls - 35x12x4 Abs 20 min cardio Sauna Blew through this workout very quickly and wasn't tired or anything. I hadn't eaten since lunch and then a small snack around 5, but I still ahd good energy throughout. |

Yeah joe, I had the same problem the first time I took it. After that I switched to taking it against the cheek and haven't had any problems. Sometimes it will burn my cheek a little, but I just switch it to the other side if that happens and it's fine. |

Shoulders/Traps DB Shrug: 90x15, 95x12, 100x12, 110x12 Behind the back BB Shrug: 225x12, 245x12, 275x10, 295x8 DB Shoulder Press: 60x12, 65x12, 70x10, 75x7 Lateral Raises: 80x12, 85x12, 90x10, 90x8 Reverse Flys: 30x12x4 Abs, 20 min Cardio, Sauna Felt great today in the gym. Energy was very high. I've been taking 2 tabs pre-workout recently and am liking it alot. It's not too much and it doesn't give me a headache from the extra caffeine. |

| 10/25 Decided to get in an early workout on Sunday. Got up around 10 AM and had some oats and Whey for breakfast. Popped one tab at 10:30 and drove to the gym. Legs Squats: 225x12, 245x12, 265x12, 285x9 SLDL: 225x12, 245x12, 265x10, 300x8 Leg Extension: 160x15, 170x15, 180x15 Hamstring Curl: 120x12x4 Calf Raises: 135x12, 160x12, 160x10, 180x10 Abs and 20 min cardio Another good workout. Sometimes I'll be a little slow during morning workouts but the E-911 gave me a nice boost so that I was alert and not lagging. I've enjoyed popping a tab in the morning instead of having coffee. Protein and coffee really destroys my stomach so it's a good substitute. |

| E-911 is a good product slim xtreme is way extreme, didnt sleep for like 3 days when I started taking it. good for fat loss though, best ive ever used for fat loss. stim'd out is the bawlz too. two of those and you feel awesome, and have tons of clean energy. |

| 11/02 Ok so I'm getting close to finishing my bottle. I'd say 15 more tabs left. Once I'm done I plan on giving a full product review to end my log. Today was my first day back in the gym since Thursday after a long weekend. I ate like crap and drank my face off on Halloween so I'm gonna try to hit the gym hard this week. Chakmak, I noticed the huge difference in your pics and how much more pumped your body looks. I'm going to ask you to do the same thing as Chris and give T-911 ratings of the experience. Please give number ratings(0-10) on all categories you can think of and give a thorough summary of the product and recommendations where necessary. | PRODUCT REVIEW - LG Science's E-911 Price: 9/10 Although mine was free, 26 bucks is a very good price for the amount of tabs you get in each bottle (75). Works out to about 35 cents a tab which is pretty cheap. Taste: 6/10 Taste can be a little nasty at times but it’s really not that bad compared to some supplements out there. I don’t dread taking this stuff nor do I enjoy it. Nowhere near bad enough to make me stop using it. Convenience: 10/10 Pretty much as convenient as it gets. Effects: 9/10 I really enjoyed taking this product. For me the energy was exactly what I wanted. I get 8 hours of sleep almost every night and I eat healthy, so I usually don't go for stims as I don't really need them. However, for this log I was cutting, so E-911 came in very handy. It gave me just the right amount of energy to breeze through my workouts while not making me jittery or to wired. It didn't hit me like something more powerful would, but I felt the effects without being overwhelmed, and that's what I liked about it. Where I noticed it helping me the most was when I lifted on an empty stomach. Normally, if I haven't eating for hours before lifting I get wiped out, but E-911 helped compensate for not eating as much. Duration: 9/10 I think the energy you get from E-911 lasts a perfect amount of time, at least for me. I usually take this around 6:30 P.M. before getting to the gym and find that the effects last about 3 or 4 hours. By the time I’m going to bed the effects have worn off and I have no trouble sleeping. Recomendations I would recomend this product to someone looking for an even, more sustained energy. I've used this for lifting, in the morning as a replacement for coffee and even before nights of drinking. The fact that it's not an extremely strong stim makes it more applicable. Overall I give this product an 8.5 Results My log of E-911 lasted close to 2 months. My goals were to use this product to help my during my cut. I wanted to shed some fat while retaining muscle. I actually think I exceeded my goals. I've stayed around the same weight but noticed that I have dropped alot of fat and gained muscle. In all honesty, I know this is not all due to the E-911 but I think this product along with the log kept me on track and helped me in the gym. |

You and Chris top my list at this point for return loggers. As always, its good to give everyone a chance to try our products, but Id like to have return loggers that I can count on as well so you will get your chance.
