First I'd like to say thank you to Colin and LG Sciences for letting me have the opportunity to log this supplement.

I received a package in the mail this morning, my first thought was "what the hell did I order"?. I totally forgot about this stuff and I must say it was quick getting to me. I opened the bottle and decided I would take my first tablet and try it. The smell of faint peppermint was the first thing I smelt as I opened the bottle. I popped the tablet in the side of my cheek and began letting it dissolve. The taste is a weak peppermint flavor which is sort of gross, but def nothing people can't handle. It took a good 6-8 minute to dissolve completely though. I honestly must say within 10 minutes or so I got a surge of clean energy. It wasn't a blast of energy by any means, but it was a good feeling. Seemed to wake me up and made my concentration very clear.

Around 4:45 I popped another tablet and headed to the gym. I let the tablet dissolve on my walk to the gym. I started my back workout at 5 and must say I felt the same way I did earlier when I took my first dose. I hit bent over rows, wide grip lat pull downs, incline bench db rows, pull ups, and machine wide grip rows. Threw in some cable skull crushers too at the end since I have not been hitting my arms a lot as of lately.

I will only be taking 2 tablets a day for the entire run of this log. One first thing when I wake up and one right before I train. I want your guy's opinions on what you would like to see in this log? I'm open to suggestions.

Chris, I am glad you got the E-911 so fast. I'd like for you to at least log about this every other day that you take it, and on the days where you have the best experiences. Just give it a thorough and unbiased review. Potentially try different dosages(not over recommended) and find out what works best for you. I'd like you to state a little about yourself in here and what your exercise goals/fitness goals are. Just keep it simple, but accurate and thorough enough for people to get a good insight to what they are purchasing when they buy E-911. I'll follow you along the way and let you know if I would like to have you post any additional information.

Thank you! smile.gif

i dont wanna hi jack your log, but I was wondering if this could be used for focus purposes (like studying) instead of exercise.

Anyways, I got this in the mail today too and will be starting it on monday.

I will keep the log updated everyday just so it gives people something to work with. I have never really took stimulants before. I'm very sensitive to them. 500-600mg of caffeine makes me want to wig out. I think I will keep it at two a day but may bump it up to the recommended dose of 3 on days where I need more energy. I have been lifting serious since I was 18 and now I'm 24. I have went from 130lbs to 235lbs and now back to 210. My goal for right now is to continue to eat 5-6 clean meals a day and continue to improve in the gym. All my workouts I would consider to be very intense. For being an amputee, I give my everything and then some when I workout. The whole idea of lifting has became an inner passion that never seems to go away. As far as numbers go I probably won't put them up since this is an energy supplement. I may snap some pictures along the way or even at the end of the log to show my current condition.

Interesting that you brought that up Succio. I bet it probably would work for studying. Its only day one, but it seemed to give me energy and focus from the two pills I took today. Will be interesting to see how this goes.

I know this product is also made to help you focus in the gym, so why not for studying? You may have to dose it lower to have a good threshold for studying though. Looking forward to you starting this as well Succio.

Today was my day off from the gym. Upon waking up within 15 minutes I decided to pop a tablet. To my surprise it honestly woke me up quick and made me want to get things going for the day. I'm usually the type that lounges around for 2 hours in the morning when I can. So far so good with this supplement! My girlfriend had to go to the hospital and be admitted and will be having surgery on Monday. They are taking her gallbladder out. I will be working out in the mornings before going and spending time with her. This supplement may come in handy the next few days, since I'll be doing a lot of running around.

Posted by: Chris25533 Sep 20 2009, 07:56 PM
9/20

I slept last crap last night. Girlfriend is in the hospital and our dog hasn't adjusted to her not being home, so she was up and down all night. I couldn't get into a deep sleep. Rolled out of bed this morning and didn't have a lot of time on my hands. I popped one tablet then slammed down some whey and oatmeal. Today was a shoulder/bicep day. To my surprise I felt pretty strong today. Energy levels were up even with a horrible nights sleep. I did db shoulder press, Db laterals, cable front raises and shoulder press machine. For biceps I hit hammer curls, preacher curls, and concentration curls. I flew through this workout with minimal rest in between sets. Total workout time was around 45 minutes. So far I love the energy and focus I'm getting from this product. It kicks in fairly quick which is nice. The only downfall so far is how the tablet dissolves. Gets pretty nasty texture in your mouth. Wish it would stay stay hard like an altoid.

Nice log, Chris. I've experimented w/ both 1 tab and 1 1/2 on days when I feel like I need a bigger boost or can't really wake up. You might try that some time to see how it goes.

I doubt I'd want to do 2 at once but 1 1/2 is nice because you still are only at 300 mg. of caffeine, but get a little more geranium, etc. I bought a couple of bottles when it first came out and have enjoyed it.

Posted by: Jayv24 Sep 21 2009, 07:38 AM
I wouldnt mind popping 2 right now. Slept 4 hours last night. Felt like my skin was crawling so i just got up. Been up since.

Anyway, Hope ur chick is alright chris, keep smashing.

Posted by: Josh47933 Sep 21 2009, 04:31 PM
I'll agree on it being a bit of a pain waiting to have it dissolve, but I used to dabble in the old school Andro Poppers which were a lot bigger and took even longer to dissolve. Plus the fact that they were larger tended to make you salivate more while it was in your mouth. Being used to that, this is like a breeze to me.

You guys are making me want this stuff so bad. Im low on energy and sick of coffee

Colin its definitely a great energy supplement. My log will be back to normal come tomorrow. I had to deal with the girl's surgery yesterday and bringing her home today and making sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed.

Trying something new out. I didn't pop any this morning, and now just popped two tablets. Starting a new workout tonight. Going to follow a push/pull routine for awhile. I needed to try something new. Got bench, incline DB press, skulls, pressdowns and crunchs tonight. Will comment when I get home if the two tablets at once was a good idea or not.

Posted by: Chris25533 Sep 23 2009, 10:52 PM
Okay, so I popped two tablets then headed to the gym. Energy and focus was great with tonight's work out. Two tablets did not make me want to freak out like straight caffeine does. I hit my chest and and triceps real good tonight. Had an awesome pump going on with them. I either had too hard of a workout or maybe I'm coming down from the E-911 but I have a slight headache now which is almost 4 hours later from dosage. I honestly can say I don't like pre workout supplements, but E-911 has been nothing but great so far. First energy supplement I have ever taken that gives you a clean boost of energy. Not a burst then crash. Heart doesn't race either. Even on days when your not lacking energy this supplement still seems to give you a good sense of well being when taken.

How do you know how much caffeine it has?

Posted by: Chris25533 Sep 24 2009, 12:03 AM
I didn't realize this til you just posted that question. It says the pill is 220mg but how much caffeine is in one pill?

Posted by: Josh47933 Sep 24 2009, 08:54 PM
I heard 200 mg. caffeine from a rep on AM a while back. I've always stuck to 1 or 1.5. Might have to try the 2 some time.

Posted by: Jayv24 Sep 25 2009, 09:37 AM
I read at ergo that if you take 800 mgs of caffeine pre/wo, you get a natty test spike.

Chris, can you pop 4 and then confirm or deny.

GYCH!

Had a great day and workout yesterday. I went back to one pill upon waking up and one before my workout which was at 8pm last night. I had great energy through the entire day and even with a later lift I didn't experience any fatigue. I hit 10 sets of deadlifts, 5 sets of pull ups, 5 sets of barbell curls, and 5 sets of calf raises. I can't say enough good about this supplement. It gives me good clean energy and even with a late dose last night I still managed to fall asleep pretty easy.

Posted by: Chris25533 Sep 25 2009, 09:41 AM
How high of a test spike are we talking? If it's going to make me HUGE, then no doubt will I do it! rolleyes.gif

Ive read similar articles, but not sure about dosage. I know its higher in the 600-800 range. I dont think its too high of a spike, but may be worth looking into.

Had another great workout tonight. Took only 1 tablet today right before working out. Hit dumbbell bench, cable cross overs, bb shoulder press, db lateral raises, dips, and leg extensions. Also I have been doing 10 minutes on the treadmill after my workouts. I have never really done cardio before and I want to start throwing some into my workouts. I'm eating very clean since I've started this log. I'm not sure if its just the eating better or the E-911 but workouts have been great. Can honestly say I feel better than when I have ran PH's in the past. As far as trying to spike my test levels with 600-800mgs of caffeine I don't think I could handle that. I have had bare minimal caffeine in the past 6 years, my body is sensitive to it. Here is a quick pic from tonight

Not enough of a spike to risk giving yourself a damn stroke or something. Killer ass workout w/ all the deads, etc!

Well after 3 days off and eating good and sleeping well, I was dog tired today. Popped one tablet and headed to the gym. Did squats, bent over rows, lat pulldown, hammer curls, seated db calf raises, cable curls and shrugs. I had a fairly good workout but the one tablet didn't seem to give me the kick I have been getting. I did 10 minutes of cardio after my workout and that's when I just started feeling energized. Going to pound some good food now, get to bed early tonight and hope to kick this tiredness.

Sometimes good rest is all that is needed for a refresher. Good thing you didnt go overboard on E-911

Being tired today had nothing to do with the E-911. I worked through being tired and will get some extra sleep tonight. I honestly love this supplement and that's being totally honest. Might cycle this stuff too. After my bottle is gone, take a month off and then buy another bottle. I'm getting use to the taste too.

Thats great to hear I have a satisfied logger. Personally, Im trying the T-911 and it has a sugary sort of taste, but takes a little while to dissolve. I definitely could get used to this stuff too.

Got a solid 8 hours of sleep last night. Ate good last night and had 3 meals in today before working out. Popped a tablet upon waking up which woke me up nicely. Popped another before my workout and banged out another great workout. 7 sets on flat bb bench, 5 sets of incline db bench, 6 sets of skull crushers, 3 sets of 1 hand overhead tricep ext, and 6 sets of straight bar pressdowns. Followed all this up with 10 minutes of cardio.

Posted by: On3musta Sep 30 2009, 05:27 PM
i find the 2 tabs before the workout is bomb...

and i noticed a slight headache later on as well

Posted by: colin.muller Sep 30 2009, 06:41 PM
Drink more fluids if you're finding a headache with two pills. Also, your body might not be able to handle two with the amount of stims in it.

Posted by: Chris25533 Sep 30 2009, 07:13 PM
I have said many of times before that I'm an amputee but have never really showed that part of me. I guess I decided what the hell let everyone see for themselves. Messed around with the new cam a little. I'm focusing on lowering my body fat some right now.

Had a late workout tonight. Popped a tablet around 11am this morning then one right before training at 9:30pm. I woke up this morning and felt weird so to speak. Felt like I had been out drinking the whole night. Anyways I started my workout with deadlifts tonight. Managed to bang out 6 good sets on deadlifts. I attempted 425 and missed it. I just started deadlifting again about a month ago. I want to get my bench, squat, and deadlift numbers up. After missing 425 I was a little pissed and I managed to pinch my thumb between the bar and my prosthetic leg which ripped my thumb open. Blood was all over the mat and my shoe. I proceeded to hit 4 sets of pull ups, 5 sets of seated cable rows, 5 sets of barbell curls and 4 sets of calf raises. Finished the workout with 13 minutes on the treadmill using HIIT method. Definitely wasn't my best workout, but I guess we all have these kinds of days. Drinking my pwo shake then slamming some cottage cheese and fish oil and passing out. I'm mentally and physically exhausted. mad.gif

Youre lucky to be able to do that on a friday. I can't even pull myself to workout tonight. Instead had a beer and an unhealthy meal. Good for you. I cant wait til i start some new products, which will motivate me to eat a ton cleaner and lift more.

Popped a tablet early this morning to get my day started. Got my meals in but was stressed out tonight over personal issues and forgot to take another tablet. I decided to go to the gym last minute to try and blow some steam off. Ended up hitting db flat bench, cable cross overs, dips, bb shoulder press, db laterals, cable upright rights, reverse peck deck, leg extensions and 10 minutes of cardio. Had good strength and energy throughout my workout, just wish I would have remembered to pop another tablet on the way out the door tonight.

Woke up this morning had a protein shake, yogurt with oats, and then had a bowl of oatmeal. Waited an hour then popped 1 1/2 tablets and headed to the gym 10 minutes later. Just that extra half seemed to pump me up that much more. Two was too much for me, but 1 1/2 seemed to work great with no side effects. I hit front squats, db rows, lat pulldowns, Reverse bb curls, db shrugs and 10 minutes of cardio. Overall had a great workout and still have great energy after 6 hours with no crash like feeling.

Chris,

You notice any change in body comp or anything of the sort? I'd like to know if you look/feel leaner.

Posted by: Chris25533 Oct 5 2009, 05:57 PM
Definitely feel and look leaner. I think the combo of E-911, a good diet and cardio together has helped with this. I am planning on posting a few pictures along the way so you guys can tell how I look as well. The energy that E-911 gives is unlike any other pre workout supplement I have used. I don't buy into all the supplement hype. I'm the guy that sticks with the basics creatine and whey. Saying this, E-911 has definitely proved itself as a supplement that DOES work.

Current weight is 210lbs.

Popped only 1 tablet before training since I had a cup of coffee about an hour before hand. I hit incline and decline barbell, db incline skulls, and pressdowns. Followed this up with 10 minutes of cardio. Overall energy level was great tonight. I have not lost any weight since starting E-911 but I have cleaned up my diet a lot. I'm getting stronger too, which is a plus.

Went to the gym around 8:30pm. Forgot to pop my tablet of E-911 and began my training dragging ass. Had my girl go home and grab the bottle. Luckily the gym is in front of my house tongue.gif . Popped one tablet and within 5 minutes I stopped yawning and felt much more focused. My workout consisted of good mornings, pull ups, BB rows, BB curls, DB hammers, calf raises and 10 minutes of cardio. Snapped a quick picture during my workout. Camera phone blurs out detail. Or maybe I just don't have much detail! sad.gif

Popped a tablet upon waking up this morning. Took another right before training at 530. I hit the chest machine (flat and incline) decline db flys, BB shoulder press, BB upright rows, reverse peck deck and leg extensions. Had a great pump tonight and strength and energy levels were crazy.

I popped two tablets before working out at 8:30 tonight. I hit front squats, back squats, hack squats, leg press and leg extensions. Overall energy was okay. I didn't get enough sleep last night and it effected my whole day. I guess it happens to everyone. Hitting one body part per day this week to switch up my routine and will go back to push/pull routine next week.

10/13

Got a much better nights rest last night. Popped one tablet upon waking up this morning to kickstart my day. Took another at 5pm right before the gym. Energy levels were great once again. Legs are sore as hell from yesterdays workout. I hit back tonight. I did lat pulldowns, bb rows, t bar, pull ups, and seated cable rows. I can definitely notice on off days when I don't take any E-911 the difference in energy. I wonder if my body has just got use to the E-911 and on days off i feel as if my energy levels are down. I feel sluggish so to speak. Either way E-911 does what it's advertised to do.

I'm glad you're enjoying the E-911 as much as possible. Is this something you may be looking at to purchase in the future? Any negatives to this product?

Posted by: Chris25533 Oct 14 2009, 10:48 PM
Absolutely no negatives to report about E-911. I think that is why I like this supplement so far. Would I buy this product again? Yes I would buy this product and I would recommend E-911 to anyone looking for a good energy supplement. This is the only energy supplement that I have ever liked.

Popped a tablet around 2pm today. I had coffee this morning so I didn't take any E-911. The energy coffee brings is nothing like that of E-911. E-911 seems to give me energy but also enhance my mood. I hit chest today. Hit db flat presses, incline bb, flat fly, decline fly, dips and cable cross over. Pump was great during my workout.

Woke up and had breakfast, then popped a tablet and headed to the gym. Energy boost is still the same since I began this supplement. I hit shoulders, biceps and triceps. Two exercises for each @ four sets. Energy stayed strong through the entire workout. I wonder how my energy levels will be once I come off E-911. Here is just a random shot the girlfriend took.

back to my push/pull routine this week. Popped one tablet before the gym this afternoon. Energy levels were great during my workout. I felt stronger taking a week off of this program and coming back. Hit squats, bb rows, lat pulldown, db preacher curls, calf raises, and shrugs. I know my log probably seems like I just keep repeating myself, but the energy from E-911 kicks in fairly quick after taking them. Energy levels stay pretty constant for idk how long? I never have them nasty crashes so its really hard to say when it wears off for me. It seems that on the days that I take E-911 it elevates my mood for the entire day.

I popped one tablet all day right before training at 7pm. I hit bench, incline bench, flat flys, straight bar skulls, pushdowns, and seated dips. Strength has been going up since starting this supplement. I know its only an energy supplement but with my diet being pretty good it has only enhanced my training. I had no problems falling asleep last night at 11:30 either. Deciding if I'm taking today off or not. May end up going to the gym later tonight.

Not a bad idea to take a night off of the supplement as well in order to refresh your body and get a better energy the next day

Posted by: Chris25533 Oct 22 2009, 08:15 PM
Ended up going to the gym tonight. Took one E-911 tablet right before the gym. I personally just like taking the supplement one time a day right before I hit the gym. Energy levels were great tonight. Even after a hard workout last night I came in pretty strong tonight. Hit pull ups, deadlifts, db rows, bb curls, cable curls and calf raises. There has been days when I go to the gym and forget to take my E-911 and honestly have to go grab the bottle to pop a tablet. I can tell the difference when I take them and when I don't.I am almost becoming dependent on them for my workouts. It may be a mental thing too. If you guys have any new ideas what I can add to my log let me know. I feel like I'm reporting the same thing day after day.

How about soreness? I know that probably doesn't have much to do in relation to the E-911, but if it enables you to push yourself harder, are you more sore than normal?

Posted by: Chris25533 Oct 23 2009, 01:18 PM
I have been real sore the day after my workouts. It gets worse the 2nd day after hitting the muscle groups. I started the push/pull routine about 3 weeks ago so that could be why I have been so sore.

Chris,

Just as an idea, how about you take pre- and post- workout pics. I'd like to see the contrast and how E-911 affects your body.

Hit the gym on saturday and today 10/26. Both days I popped one E-911 before my workouts and had great energy throughout my workouts. I will try and do some before and after shots this week. I'm up for any new ideas, and if I have time I will do them. Effects from E-911 are still consistent since the beginning. No tolerance to this supplement what so ever, which is a good thing.

Popped a tab on the way from school to the gym. Energy levels were top notch once again. Hit heavy chest and triceps today. Had a huge pump in my triceps by the end of my workout. I didn't get any before shots but here are some post workout ones.

Today is my day off. This week has been hectic with everything going on and I have felt like I've been on the verge of getting sick all week. I'm staying out of the gym as much as possible right now. I hit it on Monday, Wednesday , and probably will hit it tomorrow and call it a week. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 205lbs. I'm not sure if E-911 has made it easier for me to stick to my diet or what, but I haven't had any wild cravings since the beginning of this log. I've been keeping it to one cheat meal either on Saturdays or Sundays and that's it. I don't think E-911 is a drastic supplement, but rather a staple that should be included with ones diet/nutrition/exercise lifestyle. Everyone is different but I don't ever feel the need to take over one tablet a day. I think I still have prob 30 some tablets left too. If I had to buy this on my own it would last me awhile. This is definitely a plus to me. I've ran a few PH's in the past and I think I've decided to stay natural from now on. They have done nothing but put me on a roller coaster of emotions. Feel good one day, feel like shit the next day. Don't even get me started on post cycle either. Since I've started this log I've taken nothing but E-911 and whey protein for supplements. I feel the best I ever have, and I'm honestly the strongest I ever have been too. I know I won't lean up in a month or two because honestly over the past 3 years I've been concerned with nothing but weight gain. I would eat 4-5 good meals a day but then 2-3 cheats a day too. It will take me awhile to get down to the leanness I'm looking for.

I've been out of the gym since last Wednesday. Go sick and just took a few days to relax and recover. Came back tonight but energy and strength was way down. Going to hit the gym this week, but use this as a week to just get back into it. I hate little set backs!!

Posted by: Jayv24 Nov 3 2009, 04:55 AM
Lookin big bro. Traps are monstrous.

Yeah, set backs are a bitch. I was sick, recovered somewhat and then it seems the germs regrouped or something. Murphy's Law i suppose.

In any event, good progress.

I still have been taking my E-911 this week and hitting the gym as hard as I can. This week is just a week to get myself back into the flow of the gym. I bought another bottle of E-911 to continue running it and will keep adding to my log so you guys can follow. I got a new partner to train with starting next week to. The guy really hits the gym hard and knows his stuff. Just what I need to push myself to the limit. I think I may start taking two tablets before training as well. I think my body is getting use to the 1 tablet. I don't feel the effects that I did when I first started this supplement.

Chris,

Its almost been a month since youve started and Im glad you got another bottle. I just love the stuff myself and know it should be giving you a higher tolerance right about now. How about you do a nice summary with some before pictures(from the beginning of the trial) and after pictures(current). I'd like number ratings on absolutely anything you find necessary to rate. Looking forward to see you continue the log. Since you've done such a good job, I'll check with you soon enough for more potential logs.

I'll do a nice wrap up early this coming week. Ill rate the product and snap some new shots for everyone to see. I would love the idea to log more LG Science products in the future. This is the first supplement that I really have loved. I'd like to try something that boost gains without messing with hormones next time.

Talked my buddy into buying a bottle of E-911. He tried a tablet yesterday for the first time and he couldn't believe the energy he got from it. cool.gif

I have not forgot about my log. Been so busy lately and still training on top of a busy schedule. Here is an updated shot of myself. I will wrap this log up this weekend with a final review.

mood-10
fat loss/curving of appetite-6 ( I think it helped some what)

I may not have covered everything, but if anyone comes up with a question please feel free to ask. I personally loved E-911 and found this to be the best energy supplement I have ever tried. I will continue to use this supplement as a staple into my lifestyle. I have sold a few ppl on this supplement too. I tell everyone about it and if they want to try it, I let them have a tablet. You can tell how well the supplement works even after the very first tablet you try.

so dis E-911 is basically an energy booster? nuttin to gain mass or wieght ??

Posted by: Chris25533 Nov 23 2009, 06:40 PM
E-911 is an energy booster. It does everything that you would want from an energy booster. As far as mass and weight gain no this is not what the product is for. T-911 is a test booster which would probably be better suited for mass n weight gain.
