10/13 Got a much better nights rest last night. Popped one tablet upon waking up this morning to kickstart my day. Took another at 5pm right before the gym. Energy levels were great once again. Legs are sore as hell from yesterdays workout. I hit back tonight. I did lat pulldowns, bb rows, t bar, pull ups, and seated cable rows. I can definitely notice on off days when I don't take any E-911 the difference in energy. I wonder if my body has just got use to the E-911 and on days off i feel as if my energy levels are down. I feel sluggish so to speak. Either way E-911 does what it's advertised to do.

Popped a tablet around 2pm today. I had coffee this morning so I didn't take any E-911. The energy coffee brings is nothing like that of E-911. E-911 seems to give me energy but also enhance my mood. I hit chest today. Hit db flat presses, incline bb, flat fly, decline fly, dips and cable cross over. Pump was great during my workout.

10/17 Woke up and had breakfast, then popped a tablet and headed to the gym. Energy boost is still the same since I began this supplement. I hit shoulders, biceps and triceps. Two exercises for each @ four sets. Energy stayed strong through the entire workout. I wonder how my energy levels will be once I come off E-911. Here is just a random shot the girlfriend took.

back to my push/pull routine this week. Popped one tablet before the gym this afternoon. Energy levels were great during my workout. I felt stronger taking a week off of this program and coming back. Hit squats, bb rows, lat pulldown, db preacher curls, calf raises, and shrugs. I know my log probably seems like I just keep repeating myself, but the energy from E-911 kicks in fairly quick after taking them. Energy levels stay pretty constant for idk how long? I never have them nasty crashes so its really hard to say when it wears off for me. It seems that on the days that I take E-911 it elevates my mood for the entire day.

Today is my day off. This week has been hectic with everything going on and I have felt like I've been on the verge of getting sick all week. I'm staying out of the gym as much as possible right now. I hit it on Monday, Wednesday , and probably will hit it tomorrow and call it a week. I weighed myself this morning and I'm down to 205lbs. I'm not sure if E-911 has made it easier for me to stick to my diet or what, but I haven't had any wild cravings since the beginning of this log. I've been keeping it to one cheat meal either on Saturdays or Sundays and that's it. I don't think E-911 is a drastic supplement, but rather a staple that should be included with ones diet/nutrition/exercise lifestyle. Everyone is different but I don't ever feel the need to take over one tablet a day. I think I still have prob 30 some tablets left too. If I had to buy this on my own it would last me awhile. This is definitely a plus to me. I've ran a few PH's in the past and I think I've decided to stay natural from now on. They have done nothing but put me on a roller coaster of emotions. Feel good one day, feel like shit the next day. Don't even get me started on post cycle either. Since I've started this log I've taken nothing but E-911 and whey protein for supplements. I feel the best I ever have, and I'm honestly the strongest I ever have been too. I know I won't lean up in a month or two because honestly over the past 3 years I've been concerned with nothing but weight gain. I would eat 4-5 good meals a day but then 2-3 cheats a day too. It will take me awhile to get down to the leanness I'm looking for.
