Say whatever comes to mind....

I started taking pronabolin two days ago. You are supposed to take two caps at night. I ve been taking two during the day then two before bed (dbl the dose) and I *feel* bigger already. my arms feel bigger and I had alot more endurance in the gym. I expect some pretty decent gains from this stuff since i already feel something. Much hornier, too, all of a sudden. The caps are time released, which is a novel idea. The pronabolin is expensive... I got it at GNC which makes it even pricier. I paid $60 for it

it was on sale from like $80. GNC is so expensive!

GNC Sucks balls.. I hate that place, the guy who runs the one near my house is a giant tool bag. Fat big asshole, who tires to give advise like he knows something. I don't like taking advise from people who look like ass about sups and training.

I am not really sure what the stuff you are taking is. I would say if its some serious stuff to take some liver support, maybe some milk thistle if you are going to double up the dosage.

yeah GNC is so pricey I dont see how they stay in business. They mark everything up like double the price of what things are online. I wonder why... because they can get away with it? And most of the ppl that work at GNC look like they should be on the fryolator at KFC.

The pronabolin is testofen and resveritol. The testofen is good shit. I feel it already. Its not a steroid, its a natty test booster but works different than tribulus or anti estrogens.

Alan is that really you or did Hadi steal your password and start snapping food pics??? GNC brick and mortar stores have to charge more than websites because they're operating costs are huge comparatively. Websites can be run by a couple of guys out of guys and a cheap warehouse.

A mall location costs a lot in rent, electricity, alarm monitor costs, paying a bunch of employees and management, etc. It's an expensive thing to do. That being said, I usually do shop online because of the cost. Affordable Supplements is about the only local store I'll buy much from, aside from the 75% off clearance at GNC. That will even beat web prices.

I do agree most of them are stupid, though. I bought a tub of Muscle Milk on clearance for 12.50 and the kid was like "I need to warn you that Cytosport has really cheapened they're product. They yse cheap soy protein now, so I GUESS 12.50 is a pretty good price but...".

I said yeah ok and bought it since I know it's good. After I left I double checked the ingredients and there was soy LECITHIN toward the end. Not at all the same thing as using soy as a source of protein. They should know better than that. I think maybe some time I'll go there and bring some lecithin up to the counter and be like "Why are you guys selling this cheap soy? Everyone knows it's junk protein!".

As a person who works for GNC, I also do feel like a jackass
95 percent of the time when these people come in, ask for advice
and then you show them the overpriced shit that benefits myself (products that are P3's or PM's) when they could be getting something just as good for half the price.

Either way, GNC employees make their money from commission. The hourly base pay sucks (minimum wage).

Testofen is good stuff, but get the bulk powder. I've used it several times and liked it a lot. It tastes like total ass, but it's doable. I agree most GNC ppl are not bigs, but there's one locally w/ an older dude that competes in masters shows and he's pretty jacked and knowledgeable. He's def. the exception.

You just have to watch the dates on the products and grab the stuff that's on the 75% off progressive markdown. At that point it's cheaper than ANY website. That's the reason I stop into GNC's when I'm near one because you can get some serious steals on the clearance stuff.

but this testofen has me feeling thicker, and stronger already.

And I feel awesome. I even feel a bit leaner already. Maybe the pathway of testofen is superior in me rather than other individuals. So its 1200mg testofen a day im taking. I feel hungry, too, like Im craving protein, like I did on gears. The pills taste like maple sizzurp which is weird. the powder didnt taste good? I thought it may taste like maple sizzurp.

So I ordered a bottle of testofen X and 17 hydroxy mesterone and ill keep you guys updated how it works out.

Oh and I did a 500lb Dead lift last night no straps.. Went up super easy, but decided not to do any more weight only because I wanted to do some thrusters.

Think I could have got maybe 550..

I just used the BN bulk powder. Didn't taste good at all but was very cheap, so it worked. The taste is something like curry mixed w/ dirt or something. Doesn't smell like maple, probably because it's so concentrated. It'll make YOU smell like maple though.

I would take two servings spaced morning and night and just chase it w/ a diet soda so that you'd only taste it for a sec. It would linger for a min but the rest of the soda would pretty much kill that.

For the price, I'd recommend it to anyone looking to boost and free up bound test. I would probably be good to run w/ other stuff like hgw, maca, longjack, too. I never get sides from trib, but I don't notice much as far as positive effects either, so it's kind of a wash w/ me.

I was thinking of you suckas today at dinner. It was the gf's mom's b day and she's an awesome cook so they had some friends over and she grilled and smoked this awesome chicken on the grill. SO good! It was a ton of drumsticks and a couple breasts, all skin on...nice and crispy.

Smoked w/ this teriyake hickory wood her dad picked up some place and some spice her mom uses. That plus a slightly spiced mix of potatoes and sweets cubed up and wrapped in foil on the grill. Then she made these mini Bobili's w/ just cheese, olice oil and italian spices, no sauce. I was eating my ass off. Also had brownies and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Spoiled as all hell!

The gf has no desire to learn to cook like her mom though just because she's always been able to have her mom cook for her, whenever. I'm always on her case to learn how.

Do you guys use energy drinks? so far I have to say no xplode is still the best.

Monster Energy drinks suck. I Took a NOS energy drink and surprisingly it kicked ass. They should consider making a powder supp cuz I loved that shit...

My cousin gave me like a 1/5 of a tub of NO shotgun cuz it "doesnt give me a pump" and he also gave me like 3/4 tub of superpump 250.

The NO shotgun didnt really do much for me other than a little bit of focus. Isnt it counter-productive to have protein in a energy drink? especially a cassein protein (which they use)

I took some superpump 250 today for the first time and I am impressed...but I did have a shortness of breath.

A "pump" is what most ppl want to achieve in the gym. Not "X" many sets, or lifting a certain weight, rather getting a pump. A pump lets you know youve engorged that muscle with blood, maximizing results. More blood flow means you probably caused more micro tears in the muscle which makes for new muscle growth.

Ive had sessions where I felt like shit, and thought I had a awful workout, but two days later holy shit!!! sore as hell.... So I have no idea what role those drinks have other than giving energy, stamina, and increased blood flow *sometimes*

The pump has virtually nothing to do with increased myofibrillar hypertrophy. Fiber growth comes only from heavy training, which produces much less, if any pump. You can get a pump from doing a set of pushups, that doesn't mean you're making permanent gains. Not that the pump is completely worthless, I just think you should not make achieving a pump your goal in the gym.

I totally understand what you mean because last week, i thought I had a shitty chest and tri routine on monday. No pump, didnt feel shit but I kept going hoping for a "pump". well, i exhausted my muscles and my chest and tris were sore for days...

a pump isnt everything, just a good felling thaty makes you feel like you accomplished something.

shit with all this said... why the heck should I even take a pre-workout supp? maybe ill just take stims instead...

I have to fire one of my Sales Reps tomorrow.. I am not really looking forward to it. I have to come in on my day off to tell some 22 year old kid he blows at sales..

He solidified his fate when he made an appointment to come in on his day off to help a customer and then didn't show. Dose not have a single sale this month and doesn't show up.. What a tool, he didn't even do any of the work. I worked the whole deal at in my sales office, all he had to do was show up and deliver the vehicle. The kid is going to miss out on a $750 commission

Selling cars can be harder than you think. When I did it, it was luxury so it was harder yet. You get guys that don't NEED a car and are not on a timetable. They'd come by, drive, leave, talk to you a few times on the phone, come back and drive again.

Then they'd go to Lexus, BMW, Acura, etc. and beat you up on the deal til you made the minimum commission if you did make the sale. So, you'd work your ass off for like 100 bucks.

Maybe selling Chevy's or something would've been easier, but it just wasn't for me, working a ton of hrs for just ok money. This was 100% commission though and there was no system of taking turns on customers, just whoever got to them first.

So there was this one dude who was a total sniper and would seem to always be lurking around. I'd see a car roll in, head that way and you'd see his ass walking up to greet them. So, he would get a ton of sales and other guys were struggling to get a few. Frustrating work, I thought.

that aside, you guys notice a direct correlation bw shitty training sessions and having sex the night, or shortly before hitting the weights? Like Ive heard that prof athletes and surgeons dont have sex or ejaculate 24 hours prior to working...but then again these people also believe that unwashed underwear worn during a winning streak will bring them good-luck so to speak?!

I dunno if its in my head, but Ive been spoiled lately following my marriage...its a bj every day when I get home, then full on sex before bed...then again a quickie when we both get up in the morning, not to mention the 3 or 4+ hours of kink and roleplay on the weekends...

I cant even wake up to hit the gym early am anymore! instead opt for the evening sessions and still cannot muster the energy to smash out a heavy duty training session like I used to before I was getting so much pussy.

Im not sure yet whether its a good trade off just yet...perhaps someone else has experienced this delimma and can offer some guidance.

sales, especially selling cars must be draining, and to always worry about pulling your weight and what not and making money... it doesnt seem easy, infact it sounds unfair, any job based on sales and commission.

I could never do that, id need to know im making XXX amount of money and are working XXX hours per week. Otherwise, you end up working too much, stressing yourself out over working too much and not having time to unwind, and making enough money, and the bad economy driving sales down...

I have been in the car business for about 9 years. 5 at a dealership.. Started out selling Buicks, GMC's, and Pontiacs.

Best year I had in sales was around $72k when I worked at Buick.. Definatly harder selling domestics than it is imports. I have been a manager At Honda for 2 years, and now I run the used car which is next door to the Honda pleace.

Last year I made cloe to 6 figures.. This year with all the BS going around I will be lucky to hit 75k.. Sale are not off all that much for Honda it is profit... Everyone is nickle and dimming us, because they think we need the sales..

last year our New Car Profit (on just the car not in finance) Front end gross was $750 a car..
we are only averaging $280 a car this year..

Used is a different sory, we consitantly do $1,400 a car..

We have guys at Honda that consistantly Hit $80k a year.. Tow of the sales reps last year made over $100K

The money is there just you have to work it, like everything.. It's a game of numbers.. You have to see X amount of people to sell X amount of Cars.. the average close is 33%. So you will fail 7 out of 10 times in this business. That burns out alot of people. If you can keep positive you can make money..

I average 57.5 Hours a week

I work with a great bunch of guys, and if you get into the right dealership you can have alot of fun.. It like being in a high-school locker room all day BSin with teammates.

Not are stores are like this but they are out there..

Madden 10 is pretty damn sweet. Not sure if it'll come out for the older systems. I would assume not. The gang tackling, fighting for extra effort in gaining yardage and tackling is awesome. The greek yogurts arent like American watery yogurt... its kinda like sour cream, but its yogurt. They have bomb flavors like pineapple, pomegranite, honey, blueberry, strawberry... all real fruit, too. So its just protein from the yogurt and sugars from the fruit. Doesnt get better than that.

Brett will look like a hero in MN. for a little while, but for the past four yrs. he's had meltdowns in the final five weeks of those seasons. He ended up throwing more INT's than TD's in each of those yrs. It's a pattern as he's aged.

They're making a mistake the same way the Jets did last yr, spending lots of money and ending up not making the playoffs specifically because of all the late season INT's. Time will tell, but it will at least make it an interesting season.

Really, Vick would have possibly been more productive. Can you imagine both Vick and Peterson lining up, no one knowing for sure who's going to run w/ the ball. That might be a hard offense to plan for.

On a non-football related note, can we take the personal attacks down a notch regarding the swinger thing? Expressing your opinion on whether or not the guy should do it is cool, but there's no need to call each other harsh names in the process.

Favre is good, but one of his many records is most INT's thrown. That may be one reason he's only won one Super Bowl despite all the broken passing records. You can't turn the ball over continually and still win. People talk about his toughness and amount of starts, etc. Keep in mind, he was abusing pain killers at the time. A lot of guys could "play through the pain" if they abused pain killers. He's def. got a great legacy, but he's in the process of ruining it now.

Marino was a lot classier the way he went out. He did his best for yrs, worked hard and broke a lot of records and knew when to call it a career. Everyone in Miami still loves him because he didn't come back and play for the Patriots or Bills or another bitter division rival. That's just not a cool thing to do to a loyal fan base.

As far as Anabolic Pump goes, I tried it and got the shits from it too many times to really say how much it helped. I know some guys love it but I wasn't gonna put up w/ those sides to bother with it any more than I did.

It hasn't given me the shits, thankfully. I guess my body responds well to it. I eat 75+g of mostly complex carbs and fruit about 20min after a dose and I literally feel "swole". It's weird. Now, I don't know if this will net me any lean mass gains or fat loss, but it sure is cool.

Until he got injured last year, he had one of the better seasons in the NFL. He may not be in his prime, but he's still probably better than Tavares Jackson and Sage Rosenthal. Of all the qb's on the free market right now, he's probably the best of what's out there. If nothing else he'll sell a lot of tickets.

Let's look at the Favre situation from an unbiased point of view..I'm not a Viking fan,nor a Favre hater,or,Favre lover.This guy was the face of the Packers for 16 years.Granted he shared that mantle with Reggie White for a few years,but nonetheless he was the franchise ,and the most beloved icon in the state of Wisconsin.<He was one drive away from leading the Packers to another Super Bowl,and his reward was...we want you to back up Rogers next year.We're going in another direction.How did that new direction fare for them last season???
Now,everyone's first cry is..he throws to many int's.This is true,BUT he also holds the record for most td's in NFL history.Guess it's the optimist vs the pessimist conversation.He was still a pro bowl caliber QB,and leader who SHOULD have been able to leave on his own terms.Of course there may have been internal strife w/management that fans aren't privy to. Egos tend to tear down franchise quicker than money,contracts etc.He was driving the Jets to the playoffs last year until he got injured.All under a totally new offensive scheme.Did A.Rogers lead the Packers to the playoffs?...NO! How did he manage NOT to take a team back to the playoffs that won 13 regular season games ,and played in the NFC championship the previous year? Suffice to say,if Favre was QB'ing them, the smart money would have been on...YES! The Vikings are a perfect fit for him.Vikings coach B.Childress stated he had only 50% of the offense implemented for Jackson & Rosenfels....50%!!!Too complicated for them to grasp maybe? Grade C and C- QB's.Slow learners?..whatever.Enter Favre,who knows 100% of the offense.Doesn't have to be the reckless gunslinger,although hard habits are hard to break.He now has quite possibly the best RB in the game to hand off to.I, for one, hope he takes them to the S.Bowl.Granted he can stay healthy.This whole ordeal has been about his ability an desire to still be a productive NFL starting QB.He did absolutely nothing wrong to be demoted to back up in GB.I believe they were 13-3,if memory serves me correctly,an as stated previously, one drive away from another SB appearance.

Also another important aspect of this whole fiasco is,that after GB dissed him,he asked to be traded.GB wasn't willing to trade him within the division becuz of his relationship w/B.Childress.They knew he would end up in Minn.,and it would come back to bite them square in the ass!
So when he retired,they assumed like the rest of the world,it was the end of Favre.
His pride got the best of him.He was determined to show all of those who doubted him he still could and would be a productive starter in the NFL,which he proved in NY.
Even though at this stage of his career, NY wasn't the best fit.
He wanted to be in Minn.all along after the GB debacle.
He got his wish.I hope it works out well for him!

I got just as sick as the next guy w/all his flip flopping.Countless times I turned the channel. Hell,Nike should call him up and have him endorse a pair of their "MAN FLOPS." Which I think are EXTREMELY gay.If he would've been given the respect he deserved from GB,this whole soap opera/circus wouldn't have never come to fruition.

Also Minnesota called him this time..supposedly.
He's got his family's blessing and the abilities, along w/ 25 million reasons to strap up for Minnesota

They could've signed Byron Leftwich pretty cheap. He was pretty good in jacksonville and a viable backup when Ben was hurt in Pittsburgh last yr. He doesn't take tons of risks and throw all the INT's, plus is younger and more fresh.

About the girl kissing thing. Nothing wrong w/ that. Yes, it's a double standard, but I'll say it anyway...bi girls=hot, bi guys=gay guys that will settle.

Yeah.I'd trust him in a mop up role. Signaling in plays and toting a clipboard.
Wouldn't trust him as my everyday starter.
Due to his reoccurring ankle and shin issues...he's about as mobile as the statue of liberty.

The couple flaked.
It happens.I asked for voice verification from both of them.
He said via e-mail they would BOTH call me at 11pm....didn't happen.

I wasn't about to go into the situation half COCKED

Favre is no longer at his best, though. Favre will lose games for you late season via INT's these days, where Leftwhich will effectively manage a game and will. MN has a great defense and effective ground game, so they don't need a high risk gunslinger like Favre.

A lot of those ppl. on craigslist or wherever are fakes. I had a girl that wanted to meet me that I knew was fake, too. Requested a voice verification and she balked. That will expose them every time.

Got in a good leg workout this morning...

BB squat x 5
BB SLDL x 5
BB calf-raise x 4
Decline situp x 4

I woke up a bit late, so I dropped the ext. and curls and added a set to squats and SLDL. I've been using a BB to do standing calf-raises. I put the balls of my feet on a 25# plate to get a little extra extension vs. standing flat on the ground.

Right now I'm mowing down my Anabolic Pump carb meal (2 packets quaker oats).

Some people do have gifted calves. This brazillian guy i know has huge calves with perfect horse shoe splits. But his upper body is like bombr.

I hammer calves until the lactic acid disables me.

I cant measure em, but they are defined very well, horse shoe was noticed by my chick last week, I never knew I had that definition. Jogging makes my calves bigger. Forearms I hit by doing biceps or back... so no need to over do it.

Just hit up a place that sells the sugar free coffee flavoring syrups and get coconut. Add it to chocolate or whatever other MM flavor you have that would go well w/ it. If you can't find them locally, Da Vinci syrups can be ordered online. Just make sure to get sugar free.

I have a really good caramel flavored one. I add just a bit to cottage cheese and it makes it taste awesome. I also have coconut, red rasp, egg nog, etc. I read about it a long time ago on a forum and been doing it ever since. just have to experiment w/ how much to add for the desired flavor.
