Ive been doing bb shrugs, bb behind the back shrugs, db shrugs, bb bent rowes.. And I think traps are one of my strong points regardless of what I do to them.

Lol im relaxed, i just type that whats because its the intrawebz. Like I said, im not exactly sure on my weight on the pic I took yesterday. But Im between 180-190 in that pic. Probably not 190, but it isnt far off.

just use photobucket and you seem to be making pretty good progress. You should def bulk now then cut up one summer and youd be that perfect brad pitt body that girls love.
