Just have been looking into resveratrol as I received a bottle of it today and know there are some cardio benefits. But what other kinds of benefits might be proved scientifically? Could anyone post some links to research articles involving resveratrol? Just interested in dosage and if its worth it to get more.

There's actually tons of health benefits. It's been studied extensively so there's already lots of research on it. All you have to do is google search "resveratrol studies" and tons of things will come up, not just claims from those trying to sell it.

Like Josh said, try looking into research studies. If you want legitimate info use google scholar and pubmed to find real research articles.
