 So I'm thinking about giving M-drol a try. My bodyweight is 160, going to do the p90x work out and diet. Sounds like a one month cycle @ 10, 20, 20, 20 would be OK? Also would like to try cycle assist, and PCT assist with it. But.... I was wondering about dosage on those?? Cycle assist: 4 pills daily twice? So do this only the month I am taking M-drol? PCT assist: What daily dosage/length of time would you recommend after this m-drol cycle?

What's your age and height and how much experience do you have w/ compounds like M-drol? Usually guys will stick to three week cycles due to the side effects. If it's your first run those dosages make sense but the 4the week isn't a good idea. Cycle assist would be run throughout the cycle. What's your diet like? |
age: 27 Height: 5'8 Previous PH experience: none Diet: the p90x diet... It's a strict diet, I'll be adding more protein to it too

Ok... so I was told by a competitive labs rep that M-drol will be too harsh for me as a first cycle. He recommended H-drol instead.. So it looks like the recommended newbie dose is 50-50-50-50.

It sounds like you've got your support supplements lined up and a pretty solid PCT. I'd advise using a SERM as well, though. Most guys use either nolvadex or toremifene. Either can be bought through a reasearch chemical website. We can't advise you here as to where those sites are, but a quick google search will reveal a bunch of them. |
I read elsewhere an AI rep saying AI's Post Cycle Support will work for PCT. http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/suppleme...st-otc-pct.html (bottom of page) Or is there any other OCT PCT you would recommend? I prefer not to buy a prescription, so maybe I should ask if there is another PH you would suggest that would not require a SERM?
