Figured what the hell why not start something to have everyone contribute pics/workouts whatever to. If you know me I'm not camera shy if I have new growth to show. Thats what this site used to be all about.

Anyway I've been killing it and getting some great workouts in since my absence from the gym. And last night I had to take a pic after chest.

This is only the start of my 3rd week in after 2 months off, and pumped my chest is just about back to size. I'm yet to gain back my strength 100%, but hell strenght is a just a bonus for me and its catching up quick.

But atleast my muscle thickness is returning each freakin' week. I'm training my ass off, and I'm proud of the results coming. My chest felt like slabs of meat last night, and I'm lovin' it.

So I'm starting off, and feel free to post up your own pics this is ain't about me. Lets see some serious muscle out there, I don't care how you stack up if you put in effort and see results show it! Besides how hard is it to take a pic with your cell after you've looked in the mirror and say "GOD DAMN that looks sweet!"

Sorry the pic is sorta half ass, I updated my Blackberry and forgot to bump up the settings. Oh well the point is apparent, and I'm not a cellphone photographer!

Forgot to add, my chest feels like it was hit by a Mac Truck today thats for sure.

Workout was 5 sets of Incline Bench to start, 5 sets of Flat Bench supersetted with Db's palms in, and 4 sets of Decline Db Flys.

Thanks bro's. But like I said this isn't about me, I want everyone to contribute, get this site back where it should be. I want to push you guys to do better, and myself at the same time.

Making improvements? Post it! Losing weight? Post it! Know a bad ass routine for some body part? Post it, I just want to see some progress outta you guys. See who's who anymore on here, whether some people just post or actually do something.



Roids, I gotta admit the NeoVar/Drive/RPM is pushing me nicely. I love that shit, thats why I rep for them. Applied is a great company, and their supps work. I have no idea why they'd work for me and not someone else unless they haven't tried it.

Now thats WTF I'm talking about, good shots DT and JayV. Both are impressive, good pics even for being cold shots.

Back is looking wide DT, especially with the small waist. X-frame baby, keep it up!

JayV, legs are getting freaky. Wasn't expecting such a wide open shot...but thats cool. Have any routines you usually follow for legs?

My legs have always been strong but I seriously cannot put the mass on them as easy as my upper body, not sure if its genetics as my dad seems to be the same. But I'm working my ass off on it, still I swear I make higher strenght gains than size. After taking a couple months off I even notice more size loss in my jeans than my shirts. Could just be from carrying my kid around and picking her up, and being able to do push ups whenever I want. Guess I could start doing squats holding on to her for 3 sets of 100 reps! biggrin.gif

Dads genetics with the arms. He was always lean as hell but with prominent delts and bi's.

Ben, you're looking pretty swoll. personally, My chest is a hard gain for me it seems.

anyway for legs, its 2x a week.

typical leg day: Squats 4-5 sets. managed to get my numbers in the high 400's.
Hex deads, 4-5 sets. Pulling around 500.
Leg press 4-5 sets, Easilly pressing over 800 (eighteen 45lb plates, 9 on each side)

and calf raises. The standing calf machine maxes at 495. I do 5-6 sets and rep high (20-30 reps per set)

I might switch it up and do walking BB lunges if i have the room but i prefer the hex deads and squats/Leg presses since its always crowded in the Gym.

Only Iso's i really do now are Biceps and calves. and Maybe if my elbows are killing, i'll skip skulls and just mess around with the pulldown rope.

snapped one at the tanning salon. I inverted to color b/c i couldn't figure out how to brighten up the picture to make it easier to see, because it was too dark.

Blubbed...prolly going to get more blubbed b/c im gonna shoot for 220 and i want to be a little stonger before i cut
