| Hey guys. Listen, I've always had a hard time swallowing pills. Especially some of Beverly Internationals supplements. I just purchase Muscle Synergy. What I'm wondering is, if I mix muscle synergy supplements into a protein shake, will it effect it's potency. Let me know if it's safe to do this or not. I know it may seem like an amateur question, but I need to know. Thanks. Tanner |
