Sorry for not adding my stats to my first post.
I've been researching a lot on this site and I still have a few questions.
Im 24, right now I weigh about 145 pounds. Im about 4% body fat. I desperately need to put on some weight. I've been studying for the mcat all summer and I've lost about 15 pounds in four monthes.
I was wondering whether I should take the
1-Test and 4AD seperately, since the dosings are different, or if I could just go with the
S1+ instead?
Also, if I saw a physician, what would I have to do to get perscribed HCG or even Nolva for the OCT?
I also have some confusion about what
protein supplement to take... I've heard around that whey is not the best for someone like me b/c it will actually burn fat.
Do you have any recommendations for a high
protein supp. that I won't gag on taking 2-3 times a day.
I'd like to start out taking
1-Test transdermal 200-250 mg per day and
4Derm 600 mg per day for about 4 weeks, along with some
milk thistle, flax,
protein,
creatine, and
amino acids... working out 5 days a week.
Then 4 weeks off with
6OXO or nolva if I can get ahold of it.
How should I dose for the PCT?
Does this look okay.
