Hello,
Sorry for not adding my stats to my first post.
I've been researching a lot on this site and I still have a few questions.
Im 24, right now I weigh about 145 pounds. Im about 4% body fat. I desperately need to put on some weight. I've been studying for the mcat all summer and I've lost about 15 pounds in four monthes.
I was wondering whether I should take the 1-Test and 4AD seperately, since the dosings are different, or if I could just go with the S1+ instead?

Also, if I saw a physician, what would I have to do to get perscribed HCG or even Nolva for the OCT?

I also have some confusion about what protein supplement to take... I've heard around that whey is not the best for someone like me b/c it will actually burn fat.
Do you have any recommendations for a high protein supp. that I won't gag on taking 2-3 times a day.

I'd like to start out taking 1-Test transdermal 200-250 mg per day and 4Derm 600 mg per day for about 4 weeks, along with some milk thistle, flax, protein, creatine, and amino acids... working out 5 days a week.
Then 4 weeks off with 6OXO or nolva if I can get ahold of it.

How should I dose for the PCT?
Does this look okay.

4%?? Are you positive? If this is your setpoint you may be hyperthyroid or something

In any case to gain weight you must EAT. Taking a lot of protein, using steroids will not make nearly the same difference. Steroids will cause weight gain but should not be central to your strategy. You need to stuff your face with high amounts of all three macronutrients (preferably from healthy sources).

Whey protein does not burn fat. If you take whey protein as opposed to an equivalent amount of carbohydrates or something you will end up with less bodyfat. But that is not the same thing. You should get lots of whey protein but also lots of milk/casein protein. As far as not gagging this is difficult with higher quality protein sources. I can tolerate a 50/50 blend of milk protein isolate and whey protein concentrate although 60/40 has a better taste. Basically whey doesn't taste bad at all but milk/casein protein usually poses a problem and isn't as easy to mix.

I think you should learn to gain weight the proper way before trying prohormones or steroids though.

I guess Im probably more than 4%. I was tested with somekind of gadget at the gym and it came up around 4.3%.
I do try to eat over 3500 calories a day. I actually stacked 1ad/4ad oral for about 3 weeks about 6 monthes ago but i really didn't know what i was doing. I did no PCT... but I ended up gaining a good ten pounds.
I was thinking about taking about two monthes to really eat well, get good protein, and work out without any supplements then switching over to a prohormone.
I just wanted to buy some know incase something does happen and they are banned.
In this case... would you recommend S1+ alone or T1 and 4Ad in combination.

actually im in the usa... michigan.
This test sucks... I really hope I don't have to take it over again.
My advice to you is to study your A#$ off for 4 months minimum. Take 20 practice tests before you take the real thing.
A kaplan or princeton course helps a lot .

S1+ is a better way to go IMO but both will work

Could you elaborate?

Are you saying that S1+ is better than orals? I can see why. Or are you saying that it's better than using separate 4Derm 1-test transdermals (which was the original question)? If the latter-- I'm not sure why S1+ would be any better. It's just slightly more convenient and expensive and has a pre-set ratio of 1-test/4ad.
