 I need a bit of a "pick me up." I feel that ive hit a plateau, been lifting for about 5 1/2 years, put on bout 80lbs naturally and now at 23, im stuck. I did a cycle of M-drol a while back, ive got 28 pills left and i dont want them to just waste away in my cabinet. Got great results from it the first time but I wanna do somethin else and I think ive decided on H-Drol (mainly becasue its supposed to be dry, mild and not very estrogenic). so here are my Q's -Can you stack the two and would it even be worth stackin M-Drol (10/10/10/10) or (10/10/20) with H-drol at 50mg E/d for 4 weeks? -Pretty big (6'6" 265) is 50mg of H-drol gunna be enough? -What are your experiances with H-drol (alone or stacked)? Im well aware of PCT and supports, blah blah........will have Nolva for sure. Would appreciate any and all advice.
Ill never be satisfied.

 i would just stick with the h-drol bud. i know m-drol can be very effective but its just like taking a hacksaw to you liver, sides are shitty. some love it some hate it. i would stick with one methyl , you'll be surprised with your results from h-drol. peeps always have good reviews so

Could be "lucky" but I've been pretty strict in terms of taking my Cycle Support 2x/day, drinking assloads of water, popping a Taurine every now and then, consistently taking Vitamin E and Fish Oil, not drinking booze, etc.

Anyway, I'm on the tail end of a pretty successful M-Drol cycle right now. I logged the cycle daily in the Hormones/Prohormones section if you wanna check that out. I'm just about 3 weeks in and I've gained 10 lean lbs and my strength has gone up too. Haven't experienced any sides. |
Only 10lbs on Mdrol in 3 weeks... kinda on the low end, I put on 25lbs my first cycle of it and 15 my second. Granted some was water weight, even though Mdrol/SD is suppose to be dry. How many grams carbs you eating? With your weight should be around 640-700g/day to slightly higher. Especially with Mdrol, It can pack on the weight if you eat. And eat quality carbs.

I probably could've put on 15-20lbs easy, but I haven't been eating enough. I get my 3-4 meals + 2-3 shakes per day and I've been focusing on adding carbs during the cycle, but due to logistic BS I haven't been able to really pack away food like a madman over these past 3 weeks. Overall though, I'd give M-Drol a positive review. I put on lean mass while increasing strength and generally looking better in the mirror. I took all my supports and experienced zero side effects.

Hdrol I find is good for recomp/cut. I like the 25mg doses because usually effective at 75-100mg. Most cycle I have seen run something like 50/50/75/75/100. It is mild compared to Mdrol and PPlex. Still a methyl so liver support is needed. Would not stack the two. Mdrol can really cause havoc on your body. I dont personally agree with all the people out there stacking stuff with it. It is powerful enough on its own.

 yea, my first run with M-drol was good till week 4, things went downhill fast, didnt want to get out of bed and ALL my joints hurt, didnt want to work out and was pissed at things for no reason. gained 15lbs tho. So I guess it looks like im goin to get 2 bottles of H-drol and ramp up the cals and carbs. This will only be my second PH cycle so i guess stackin them would be a bit harsh. ~what kind of lifitin style seems to work best with H-Drol? (4-8reps with long rest periods) or (8-12reps with shorter rest)? just tryin to plan things out.
Ill never be satisfied.

I kno man, its rough, hah. I always go as heavy as possible and stay in the 6-10 rep range, eat anywhere from 4000-5500 cals a day and keep cardio to a minimun (im naturally pretty lean). And ive gone through A SHIT LOAD of creatine, weight gainers, and N.O Explode. Im tryin to get to bout 280 by christmas, and I just started doing legs again (broke my knee a while back) so it shouldnt be too hard. good luck bro.

For me Hdrol and Mdrol were definately really different. With Mdrol you get a crazy increase in strength and weight. Hdrol for me really leaned me out. I gained some strength but nothing like Mdrol. The body weight moved a little but was more of lossing fat and adding muscle so I stayed about the same weight, maybe gained a few pounds but really got lean and defined, talking down to 5.2% bf (didnt have lots of bf to begin though). If it is strength and size your after look at Havoc/Epi. Mild on the s/e like Hdrol but a much better bulker in my opinion. You get a nice increase in strength through out the cycle and add quaility lean muscle that is pretty easy to maintain with proper PCT. Some get good results with Hdrol in the size and strength department so they may have a differing opinion.
