only did 1 cycle of ph 2 yrs ago w/ min results
goal: gain more lean mass

just finished my first ph cycle of Spawn. I was on it for 6 wks and the results were astounding for me. gained 7-8 hard #s; got incredibly lean; big strength gains, energy.
only main side was loss of libido but now 10days after my boys have dropped back down. im on pct now and my question is do i do the pct for as long as the cycle was (6wks) and then take an additional 12 weeks off when pct is done before my next or can i do another cycle of spawn sooner since the sides seemed really mild for me. I'm so pumped by the results I cant wait for more! i apologize in advance for breaking any protocol on here as this blog stuff is very new to me.

you'd be fine with a 4 week PCT... and then i'd wait another 6-8 weeks minimum before starting again

thanks gents. appreciate the replies. another question: when (if at all) should i take a week off? I've been goin at it hard these past 9 weeks since i started the cycle and before that had been going regularly too. i don't want the break, but also don't want to overdo if I should take a break to grow too. thanks again for the help.

i personally wouldn't take a whole week off, don't think it's neccessary.... 3-4 days off in a row, every few months is enough IMO to get that extra needed recovery

10 week cycle Spawn + pct you need to take a minimum of 10 weeks off IMO smile.gif
