I'm coming up on the end of week 3 for my
h-drol cycle and it's definitely been better than expectations. really leaned me out a lot and giving real good gains in strength as well as
size.
My only complaint is that, and maybe this is just me, it takes like 10-15minutes of actual lifting to get a noticeable pump going. My strength feels relatively average or 'normal' until I get some reps in. That's with doing a 10 minute jog/bike to warm up too.
Up until this morning I had no sides what so ever and I'm stacking with
cycle support. I woke up with my calf completely locked
straight for about 10minutes and now I'm limping around waiting for everything to settle completely lol. Otherwise it's been great.
Next cycle I'm considering doing a 50/75/75/50 cycle of it just to
see how it goes.
H-drol doesn't even come close to the gains I got on
Russian Bear, but that's expected.
