| Was curious about a stack of these two. Have used Havoc/epi and really liked but curious about 1,4bold. I know it is kind of expensive to run but take that out of the equation; here is my thoughts.... weeks 1-4: 600mg Bold weeks 5-8: 800mg Bold weeks 7-10: 30mg Havoc standard PCT curious when the Havoc should be introduced due to the long half life of Bold... 14 days... not sure if I would be better off running the bold then bridging for only a week? also was considering a 5-6 weeker of Havoc 30-40mg with Furazadrol 250-350mg; once again I know it is kinda expensive but cost really isnt a factor. Had considered running Havoc and tren but not sure I want to run a tren product. |

| they say the bold is underdosed, as in you need to take more, i think majority of people run it at least 800mg 8-10 weeks, so even around your weight they do that. I dont even think those first 4 weeks will do much, id say load it high for as long as you can, then jump to havoc. Start havoc at 10mg, bridge, id say do that becuzz with 14 days no compound your natty test could be possibly recovering, then your just gna nail it with havoc and shut rite back down. Maybe im wrong, and hopefully sum1 else will chime in tho. |

| Ohh I wasnt going off... just brought up the half to determine what week to bridge the havoc... either week 7 or 8... so I would be on 800mg bold and 30 mg havoc for either 2 weeks or one week. |

Yeah might go and bump the 1,4Bold up to 800mg throughout, not sure and then only bridge for a week instead of two. Was hoping to get more input on this cycle. This compound has me very curious and I dont think many people have run a "good" cycle due to price. Just seems like it has lots of added bonuses. And think the addition of Havoc add some great quality at the end. |

There was going to be a full cycle of havoc with a 1 wk bridge. I have run Havoc before and it is a great DS. I am looking to run something slightly longer. I am hoping to get great steady gains starting about week 3-4ish once the 1,4ad builds up. Then add the Havoc at 20/30/30/40 for weeks 8-12 So as it looks now I am going go: weeks 1-8: 800mg 1,4 AD dosed divided into 2 doses weeks 8-12: 20/30/30/40mg Havoc The reason I am interested in 1,4 Bold is the slow onset of gains which will make them very easy to maintain in PCT and after. If you read about Boldenone you will notice it is also very very low on the s/e it would induce. It also should have a nice hardening effect and cause a greater increase in nitrogen retention. The greater increase in nitrogen retention will cause an increase in protein synthsis and that eads to quality lean muscle. It causes and increase in appitite which means more eating and means more gains. Then in weeks 8-12 when havoc is added the hardening should continue along with much better increase in strength and lean muscle mass. This is due to the long half life of Boldenone the target hormone of 1,4ad that will still be in the body and the introduction of Havoc. Just my thoughts on it... what you guys think? |

| sounds solid to me. you always have things lade out well. will this be your first time running bold? i have never had a go at it but if theres any recommendation then im really interested in tryin it out myself |

i know this is an old thread, but i jsut read this... the hald life of the steroid Equipoise is due to the ester, not the compound. D-bol is essentially oral EQ...so, Bold won't have an extended half-life (otherwise, you wouldn't need to take the pills spread out during the day). |

| ^ your way off. Dbol basically oral EQ? The effects are totally different, different structure, molecular wieght, and dbol is very androgenic were as eq is not. And there is oral EQ, its boldeone acetate. |
