Alright guys,

i'm sorry to say but I have to confiscate some gears from everyone.

Its a once a year toll and if you send them to me i wont have to come disrupt your

family and home life. If you dont have any gears then you better get some.

PM azfitz for a source if you dont already have one. Any gears will do.

he pmed me telling me i better give up some gears and i told him to get fucked but then

he came over and took all my gears and made me start taking glutamine and bcaas

and as all of you know those do nothing. i actually think they made me lose some gains.

I bought one of those a while back and have been selling flour to people for big bucks, I call it m-bol more powerful then dbol cause there is an M involved in the name.
