| ok these are the supplements that I am currently taking and I was wondering if there was anything I should add or take away? post workout shake 21 grams whey protein 1/2 tea spoon creatine along with fish oil and a multi vitamin twice a day along with my other meds that are not related to working out, also I am thinking of taking fiber pills since I should be getting more fiber I am 13 years old around 100 Ibs and 5'2 or 5'3 yeah I know I'm tinsy so is there anything else I should be taking or anything that is pointless for me to take that I am taking? |

| I think he can keep the protein powder but that's about it. The only thing he needs to do is to eat eat and eat. I mean how much does he expect to weigh at 13 years old? |

| sorry I am used to being on this other forum that replies really really fast and also I eat a lot but honestly no matter how much I eat the only thing that happens is that I stay above 100 instead of dropping into the 90's pretty much I have a evil metabolism |

| your 13 your body is concerned about other things, like growing, developing a brain, PUBERTY. there are so many other things going on. Odds are you think you eat a lot but you do not. Try packing in 3000 healthy calories, you might see some gaining. I remember being your age, pounding a tub of ice cream and still being a bean pole. Just eat lift n be happy with it |

| actually by anyones standards I eat a lot apparently, even though people sometimes ask me if I'm anorexic and shit I will eat like 7 meals a day and will snack imbetween the reason why I lift weights is because I hate how small I am, because I get in fights a lot, and so on |

| Alex, you're such a faggot. You need Havoc. Run it high for 12 weeks like i did and you should be much stronger. I had a hard time hiding all of my empty bottles of havoc from my woman and her parents but im good now. Anyway, do havoc. Its better than all of these supps that do nothing! |

| arent you a little young to be on the internet? anyways at this point, i would stick to just food..lots of carbs and good fats to get your calories. At 100 lbs it shouldnt be very hard to get 1g of protein per lb of body weight at this point, as for supps i would just do whey if anything. I wouldnt do any weights at 13 though, i would just stick to push ups, pull ups and stuff like that, walking lunges, standing calf raises |

| definately keep up with your food intake make sure your taking in your bodyweight in protien and if you are try increasing that amount every few months but dont go to high and cycle back down every now and then.. also carbs are very important i'd say take in at least 3 times your body weight in carbs (300 grams). eat a'lot of meat, rice, potatoes, bananas, fruits, veggies, cheese burgers, and even pizza now and then to take in a shitload of protien, eggs, milk - Sh*t like that.. also your gonna want plenty of good fats so eat plenty of nuts and peanut butter. if you really want to supplement your diet, i'd say a good weight gainer post workout is a good choice at your age and weight calories are the most important thing, consider supplementing with a multi vitamin also.. havocski - whats up with your sig did you photoshop that to make your waist look bigger than your chest? im not trying to give you any sh*t just curious. |

| oh and weightlifiting is okay, just make sure your using perfect form and mostly compound moves. do not push to to hard though. ive known people that lifted at a real young age and they didnt get much bigger but they were strong as hell and it helped with how they look now they are fu*king beasts.. |

| Take it easy at 13 y.o., man. Like everyone else said, just eat. You could get in some extra calories with a weight gainer formula (store bought or homemade). |
