so my creatine mono from GNC is running low now, and im thinkin about looking toward trying green mag for my next buy..ive heard some good reviews...what do you guys who have tried it have to say for it...i got pretty good results from the GNC brand mono but the reviews ive read about mag are pretty inspiring...

Solid creatine product. Good bang for your buck. I enjoy the added taurine and tyrosine for a little pick me up. GREAT tasting too.

thanks rich, yeah ive heard it tastes good...would it be really awkward tho if i added XTEND BCAA's to the mixture tho (lemonade flavor) because right now i mix my creatine and BCAA mixtures cuz my cre. is flavorless

I tried the Sour Apple Green a year ago and the taste was awesome. Took a while before I felt the effect but in the end I appreciated it. A tub last very long also. Recommended.

I like it seems more solid then mono..makes me piss like a bastard tho..if I drink it 7 30pm post workout i wake up 4 times during the night to piss.

yeah, but mono makes me piss oceans too so im not too worried about that...one time i had to stop twice driving home from the gym lol

Actually the lemonade and sour apple combo rocks! Add more water if it is too sweet for you.

would you guys recommend this product over say neovar?

I haven't heard anything bad about GreenMag, but it's really tough to beat creatine mono in the price/performance category.

im currently on green mag and my gains on da weights have gone up i've been on it since july 1st so yea its doing me good
